Forest Green Homes

DO NOT buy from this builder. They haven't customer service and rude stuffs. 3 months new home basement leak. Never fix PDI items. All they do is push off year by year. Nothing get done and blame homeowner's fault for anything you found wrong. I would totally Disappointed of this Forest green home.

We too were excited to purchase our first home and move into this new development. Out of 60 units built, 80% of the homeowners are very dissatisfied and disgruntled with this builders' incompetencies. If you want an expensive home for dollar store value, buy from Forest Green homes. Their quality is also consistent with their shady employees, from the site manager, tradesmen all the way through to their useless office employees. We would never buy or recommend this builder, even to our worst enemy! Please waste your money elsewhere! We are selling already after being here for only 6 months! There are way better builders who actually care out there, just talk to your friends and family about it first! NEVER AGAIN!!!

After purchasing a Forest Greem Home, there were some problems with some of the trades that had done work at the time of building.
Once I mentioned these problems to the home builder, they immediatly sent out a qualified member of their staff to fix, paint and/of repair all of my concerns. Thank-you.

I would never buy from this builder again. They don't build according to the plans they show you - go to the city's building dept and get the approved plans. Find the full plan of subdivision at the planning department - so you'll know where the utilities will be located. Forest Green won't finish your house before you move in but they'll take 100% of your money - be smart at the pre-delivery inspection and write down EVERY SINGLE ITEM that's missing, EVERY SINGLE FLAW. Our garage wasn't built until six months after we moved in. And it was never inspected by the City building inspectors and never properly built. Neither was most of our house. We have floor joists that have been completely cut away, duct work that's not sealed properly, a sump pump in the wrong location, etc. SO SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF, buy from builders who win the JD Power Awards, not this family.
