I contacted Jeff to inquire about cleaning my carpets, high end sofas, Persian carpet and wool runner. I was particularly concerned about a noticeable rust stain on a high end couch and making my tired carpets look new again. Jeff was very thorough when explaining his services and how his company used superior cleaning methods. I was pleasantly surprised when he sent his technician Paul that same day to take measurements. I had a quote emailed to me that evening which I approved and the very next morning Paul and Arman were at my home on time and ready to get started! The job was completed on time and I could not be more pleased with the excellent job done. The stubborn stains on the couches were removed (I had used another company previously who failed to remove spots on one of the couches) and the carpets now look fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations (which are high by the way : ) I recommend calling Fiber Protection Services as you will not be disappointed.
