We have a pipe that runs through the garage and despite shutting off the water the pipe continued the break over the winter every so often. Not only did Valentin repair the pipe but he was also the first plumber to properly explain how to shut off the water supply (a second valve to flush the whole system). Other plumbers I had never bothered to mention this. I have used his services in the past and always a great job, courteous, arrives on time and charges fairly for his work. I strongly recommend his services!

I contacted Jeff to inquire about cleaning my carpets, high end sofas, Persian carpet and wool runner. I was particularly concerned about a noticeable rust stain on a high end couch and making my tired carpets look new again. Jeff was very thorough when explaining his services and how his company used superior cleaning methods. I was pleasantly surprised when he sent his technician Paul that same day to take measurements. I had a quote emailed to me that evening which I approved and the very next morning Paul and Arman were at my home on time and ready to get started! The job was completed on time and I could not be more pleased with the excellent job done. The stubborn stains on the couches were removed (I had used another company previously who failed to remove spots on one of the couches) and the carpets now look fantastic. Valentin is reliable, efficient and very reasonable. A relatively small job but the leaky valve was in an awkward spot. Velentin was able to quickly replace the section with a lever that was easier to reach. Very happy and would recommend his services.
