We originally bought our washer and dryer from Faulknner's two years ago because of their high rating on Homestars.

When our washer died after only two years (unfortunately out of warranty) we returned there for a replacement. We shared our story with them and without us even asking they immediately offered us a replacement at below cost with free delivery! No big box store would ever do that!

They have earned a customer for life.

After visiting a few major appliance retailers I was dreading appliance shopping due to the aggressive sales people that we encountered. On a whim, we stopped in at Faulkner's and were pleasantly surprised at both the knowledge and price that was offered. We ended up buying all our house appliances from Faulkner's and the whole experience was quick and simple. We were even able to upgrade some of the appliances because their prices were so competitive.

I have never written a HomeStars review, but this business deserves an excellent one. I found them on HomeStars, trusted the previous reviews and was not disappointed. Their price on our washer was far better than other places I called and their delivery/installation fee was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than some other stores. Service over the phone with Michael was terrific as he was knowledgeable and also did additional research with their Samsung rep to make entirely sure that our new washer would stack with our old dryer.

What really made the difference, however, was their delivery and installation team of James and Wayne. These two men were phenomenal! We have a very small second floor laundry room and the installation was incredibly challenging. They were professional and terribly good-natured about it all, as well as very respectful of our home as they manoeuvred the machines in and out, up and down stairs and over hardwood floors. Can't recommend this team highly enough!

Faulkner’s Appliance Centre has been our one stop for major appliances for the last 10 years. Gord and his staff are knowledgeable, they take time to understand customer’s specific needs and you can count on their unbiased advice.
Delivery was always on time, the crew is skilled and careful not to make any damage, and they make sure everything is in order before they leave.
In short, Faulkner’s has great products, price and service. Really excellent experience!

Love, love, love a family run business. Been there for over 70 years so you know they are doing it right. Excellent advice, not pushy, and can't beat the price. Believe me I hunted and hands down Faulkner was the best. Don't bother looking elsewhere.

Faulkner's is in a league of their own. We did a lot of research among the big box retailers and specialist stores and saw that the reviews on Faulkner's were higher than all their competitors.
On something as mundane as buying white goods this might not seem all that important, but visiting their store in Etobicoke revealed clues as to why they are so highly regarded. They are very professional (i.e. give you proper, unbiased advice), they do not push anything on you, their prices are absolutely unbeatable - regardless of what specials are being run by Home Depot and company, and their delivery and after sales service is great to boot.
I wouldn't even think of going to anyone else for appliances in the future unless Faulkner's didn't carry an item I absolutely wanted.
One final thing - they carry high quality/high value equipment that is usually not easy to find. For example, the wine cooler we bought from them is far better than anything I have seen elsewhere for the same class/price level. For this reason alone, you might want to visit them before making any decisions elsewhere.

I would like to thank Gord and his staff for the wonderful service that we received. We purchased our appliances (all major ones) from Faulkner’s appliance in July 2015 after renovating our kitchen and selected Faulkner’s appliance after considering several other stores because prices were great, the staff were very polite, caring and actually very knowledgeable. We had a limited space for our fridge and Gord actually called some other locations to see if other options are available and he also talked to our kitchen designer to make sure that the selected fridge will be fine after renovation. Once again we used Homestars - this time as a guide to direct us to a reputable appliance dealer when purchasing a kitchen appliance package. The more we read about different companies, the more apprehensive we became, as so many companies received questionable reviews. The only one that stood out for exceptional service was Faulkner's and we decided to drive the extra mileage from North York to get there and we ended up thrilled with our decision! Faulkner's proved why they are rated the top appliance dealer in the GTA.

Salesman Bob was very experienced and knowledgeable and guided us to the appliances that would fit our needs best. Bob is an attentive listener and did not try to oversell, but was very sensitive to our wishes, based on our kitchen measurements and family needs. All of the choices we made together were excellent and we are delighted with our Samsung fridge, stove and microwave, as well as our Bosch dishwasher. We are very pleased with the role Bob played from start to finish. The pricing was tremendously competitive at Faulkner's. Bob, himself, installed the appliances and he thoroughly did a professional and outstanding job. The two young delivery men were courteous, friendly, careful and skilled in their work, treating our home as if it were their own. If you want any appliances, at all, you will not go wrong with this gem of a company!

I want to thank Gord Faulkner and his staff for the fantastic customer service we received in selecting our new kitchen appliances. We renovated our kitchen and replaced all the appliances. We went to several stores looking at what and where
to purchase our appliances. Our contractor recommended Faulkners Appliances, so we went to see what they offered. We explained that we were not buying right away as our renovations was not starting for a while. They took their time with us and answered all our questions. They are very knowledgeable with their stock. We purchased our appliances a few weeks later and am so glad we did. All the appliances are great, especially the Blue Star
gas range. I could not recommend it more. My daughter baked a pie and the crust came out perfect!!! My Kitchen Aid refrigerator is not just good looking but works great. The Bosch dishwasher is a joy as it is so quiet. The Panasonic microwave works great as well.

I have to say the delivery men were very professional, accommodating and polite. If you are in the market for new appliances, make sure Faulkner's is on your list.

Went into the store and bought new fridge, stove, microwave and range hood. Sales person Bob was very knowledgable, gave a competitive package deal and set up a delivery date. Day of delivery was on prompt, guys were courteous and set everything up for us. We were really really pleased. Highly recommend.
