I have never written a HomeStars review, but this business deserves an excellent one. I found them on HomeStars, trusted the previous reviews and was not disappointed. Their price on our washer was far better than other places I called and their delivery/installation fee was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than some other stores. Service over the phone with Michael was terrific as he was knowledgeable and also did additional research with their Samsung rep to make entirely sure that our new washer would stack with our old dryer. What really made the difference, however, was their delivery and installation team of James and Wayne. These two men were phenomenal! We have a very small second floor laundry room and the installation was incredibly challenging. They were professional and terribly good-natured about it all, as well as very respectful of our home as they manoeuvred the machines in and out, up and down stairs and over hardwood floors. Can't recommend this team highly enough!
