Eurotouch Renovations - No Longer in Business

Acacio was renovating a friend of mines'kitchen. When I saw his work, I was impressed and decided to give him a call. This was 3 and a half years ago. At the time we renovated our store. I was happy with his work back then and decided to use him again in March. This time the project was bigger. We had 5 floors for the interior to be renovated and we also had an addition. The project was completed in May. He finished as projected and everything went perfect. We are very satisfied. His drywalling is the best I've seen.

Eurotouch Renovations installed high quality hardwood flooring throughout the Main Floor of my 2500sqft home in March 2009.
Acacio, Henry, and Fernando did a great job.
It was completed within 4 days.
On top of the flooring, I had him remove and install all new larger baseboards and window trims on the entire main floor, including the painting of them all too.
Its unfortunate that I dont have ready pictures of all the corners of the baseboards because Acacio did something that I have never seen...he actually custom cut them & placed them on angles to flow with the baseboard pattern...he did not just let it go straight to the wall corner like how you usually see baseboards. It looks fantastic!
I was impressed by how considerate they were in the process...they even set up their wood cutting area on my back deck as to try to eliminate as much dust as possible from inside the house.
After all the reviews I looked over on Homestars, what I liked the most about Acacio is that even though it seems like he leans more towards the larger renovations jobs...he STILL does the smaller ones too as long as he has the time and extra manpower.
There are some contractors that dont even care to price out a small job...and then you have the odd ones who are the smaller contractors who come in and may do a poor job/dont have enough experience/or run off with your money like some of the horror stories I've come across.
They did an amazing, clean job with my floors. Not only are they professional & friendly, but were also very accomodating to my requests of little changes here and there while they were laying out the floor pieces.
Acacio will definitely have my reference :)

I was referred to Eurotouch Renovatons by an acquaintance in 2007.

After many, many meetings with Acacio (the owner of the company), I decided to go forward with the contract.

I am the owner of the newly renovated California Sandwiches on Dufferin & Castlefield in Toronto.

Eurotouch was the main contractor on site.

All that he started was with a piece of land on the corner of Dufferin & Castlefield…with the turnout to be what you see there today…a brand new, modern, 3 storey restaurant/apartment-condo building.

Acacio and his team of men constructed from the ground up…my new restaurant on the ground floor, 4 apartments on the 2nd floor, and 2 larger penthouse style apartments on the 3rd floor, elevators for the building.

I was completely taken aback by Acacio and his upfront, honest personality. His experience & knowledge of the construction industry is unbelievably impressive.

Speaking as a man who can practically be his father, his young age threw me for a loop at first and I was a little weary, but that went completely out the door was I saw what this man was made of.

He cares not only about getting the job done, but the job done by City codes, done right, he cares about his workers, his jobsite, safety guidelines, his company id fully insured and member of WSIB, and besides all that…he cares for the happiness & satisfaction of his clients.

Instead of taking up an entire page to note everything that he did, I will end with noting that Acacio & his team worked on everything from the framing of the building, worked through the winter of 2007, all the drywall, flooring, painting, tiling, stucco, dealing with the engineers, all of the construction drawings/plans, (I MUST tell you!---he is a master at reading those confusing architectural drawings) , did all the floor layouts for the apartments, built & constructed all of the apartments, the restaurant, washrooms, etc. This man is just construction talent…that is the only way to put it.

Eurotouch Renovations recently completed an interior renovation in our home which consisted of a new Kitchen, Dining, Foyer, and Powder Room all on the main floor. Following an extensive gutting of the existing space Acacio and his crew got right to work on assembling the new framing, wiring, and plumbing systems all according to the design. Along the way the crew encountered various challenges which come with an 80 year old house. They responded to each challenge and resolved the issues expertly. We are very happy with the end result. There were some small issues that needed attention after completion and Acacio answered the call and dealt with all issues promptly. Along the way it became apparent to us who are in the business of building ourselves, that this contractor is honest and willing to go that extra step to ensure that the client gets what they expected. After contacting other contractors who were too busy and over priced, I was given Acacio's name. Acacio did not disappoint! He was friendly and prompt, with his telephone/email responses and with the job at hand. He and his team cut through a solid concrete wall and installed a door in just one day! Acacio was on time and under budget. I will definately consider him and his team when it comes time for my kitchen renovation. Thank you Acacio, you are a total pro.

Acacio responded promptly to every call, though very busy. His crew handled the jack-hammering of my concrete side walkway and the subsequent parging very quickly and well. On the front roof He and his brother had to deal with both my neighbor and me, trying to design and supervise the mounting of a new 17 foot overhanging front roof. It was a work in progress with many changes. '"I want you to be happy with the result", was Acacio's working position. He advised but also accepted our/my suggestions readily. He has also come back afterwards to help me do a finishing touch.

Eurotouch built a complete three storey extension on our home in the Annex. This included the basement, with a new entrance, and a winterized sound proof garage. They also built a deck and did some landscaping. Acacio Raposo and his crew did great work working above and beyond expectations. Mr. Raposo was always easy to reach and kept us informed the whole way. The crew where polite and very hard working. I started off with a problem with my cement front steps being all unleveled and cracked. When I made my way to my neighbourhood hardware store, New Canadian Lumber, after talking to one of the management members, I was refered by him to contact Eurotouch Renovations. After receiving their free estimate to have the front steps and side walkway completely re-done. Eurotouch demolished, excavated, poured, and finished new concrete all within 3 DAYS!!!
I was taken aback by Acacio and his employess professionalism and speed. They did an amazing job. Feel free to take a drive down Grace Street (Grace/Bloor) and take a look! His sign is still in my front lawn! :)

Eurotouch completed a rear home addition in the summer of 2006. I called Acacio in to complete a small back addition of 2 floors including a small walkout veranda to the back of my home. I can say that these guys did a wonderful job and their work is impecable. They were all very professional in their workmanship and were always courteous. I was very happy with the job they did and we now enjoy our extra space in our home. Acacio was really nice to deal with...he always explained everything in detail.

I had a small rear addition done to my home in Cambridge last spring/summer (May-July) by Eurotouch Renovations. Acacio was recommended to me by a friend that was actually related to him. I added on an extra lounge area on the 1st floor, and the second floor became an additional baby's room. The addition itself took about 2 & 1/2 months or so, which he initially gave me an approximation of about 3 or so....but due to good weather and job inspections...they got my small addition done in record time. These guys were very professional,respectful, and they worked like machines! I was really happy with the job...impressed.
We also did a stucco finish on the exterior, (which was suggested by Acacio)and it came out great. Acacio is a very down to earth guy, and really easy to deal with.
