I have worked with the Montemayor General Contracting on two major projects, basement renovation and full kitchen renovation project. Each project has gone great from contracting through execution and end of job. The process to obtain the quote, schedule the project and complete the work was smooth and stress free. The quote they provided came in on budget. Any variation was due to my own requested upgrades above my original plan.
