Euro Tech Windows And Doors No Longer In Business

Dear Euro Windows, We had a new door and windows installed. The front door was improperly installed It looks amazing the siding door good quality and the 9 of the window panel seals brick to brick Vinyl finish was very well done ! . Thank you so much Dube and his 2 Installers Vitalli and John they work so well together . Thank you so much for the fantastic installation at my house.

Replaced 8 original windows with eurotech. 2 years ago. Many need resealing. Called. Left message needing to replace window. She called right back and was disappointed I was ref. to replace under warranty apposed to new. Said service would call. 3 wks no call. Can't get ahold of anyone now. NOW CALLING BBB

Called back in February to get some windows fixed under my Warranty only to find out now that Euro-Tech is no longer in Business. If you are calling and wondering why no one is answering or calling you back you now know why.

Have called multiple times to have our garden door serviced with no response. Now the number listed is not allowing calls through. Have filed a complaint with BBB and still no response. I have been trying to get ahold of the company for 5months

I purchased Euro-Tech's products 3 years ago. Since then I am very satisfied with the product, installation and service I received. They preformed the installation very professionally and it still looks great. Their response time for service was very quick. I recommend the product to everyone.

This is my second experience with this fantastic company.
We had an entire house of windows replaced (including a "Wall of Windows" i.e. Boat Prow) North of Toronto and were so pleased with the entire experience (Sales with Norm, and installation by Melik) in addition to the cleanliness, professionalism, and high quality of all components and installation of this $20,000 job, that we decided to do the same with our house in Whitby.
This time around, our priorities were sound abatement, and Thermal efficiency since we were replacing "Builder-Quality" double pane, 15-year-old windows.
We had a fantastic in-house meeting with Salesman, Jim, and Norm, who advised us the best alternative, and as a result, we had all windows replaced with Triple Pane Casement windows.
Melik then turned up, and precisely measured the windows a few days later, and less than 3 weeks later, was here to perform the installation.
Again, Melik performed flawlessly, and with me being a perfectionist (with a bit of OCD), this says a lot!
We now have a Leak-Free house, with great sound suppression!
I would recommend EuroTech to anybody looking for Superior quality Doors & Windows with the appropriate High Quality Sales, Service, and Installation.
I read the other "Bad" review for this company (actually, three of them are from the same person who submitted multiple times that messes up the star rating), and it simply does not jive with this company, but then there's always a disgruntled customer no matter what you do.
Remember when shopping for "price".......You get what you pay for, and with EuroTech, you get even more!

Trying to get a response from Eurotech to remedy these issues has been an exercise in frustration. They do not respond to phone messages; I find them totally incompetent.

For years we were satisfied with our Euro-Tech windows, then ordered a new high end front door which soon sagged and broke the latch. During the fix their own installer noted poor initial installation. We were promised a fix by the store manager who then never returned our emails or calls. Obviously they don't need business when they treat former loyal customers, who often referred them to others, in this manner. What a change from the original staff.

Replaced basement walkout door and windows with very cool tilt & turn windows and door. Amazing product, made by company in Europe. Unbelievable colour choices and configuration. Great installers, friendly, Similar in price to "normal" windows and doors.
