Euro Tech Windows And Doors No Longer In Business

I am very disappointed with my new windows. We were lead to believe that these windows would stop the sun from heating up our house, thus saving us money on air conditioning in the summer. I am feeling more heat through these windows than our old ones. There is also a lot of small debris left in our back yard to clean up. The workmen were awesome though- very fast and polite and they did a good job of the clean up inside the house. I am also feeling drafts that I wasn't feeling before replacing the windows.

This summer we had to replace many of our windows. After meeting with 5 different companies we decided on Euro-Tech. They were not only competitive in their pricing but the salesman was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He walked us through getting the best window options for our budget. The installers were also really good at what they do and left the house clean when they left. The service with Euro-Tech was so good we are calling them back next summer to replace the rest of our window.

They did not install the windows properly and it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone for servicing. We leave messages all the time and they do not call back. When you actually manage to get a hold of a person they say they are sorry and they will call back but they do not.

It had decreased the amount of sunlight that we get in a good way and the sunlight doesn't affect the temperature as it used to, protecting the furniture, The sound has also been cut back drastically. This has been a great improvement in our lives and costs. definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my one window. I contacted Euro-Tech
Windows and they sent the installer out to repair the problem. The installer fixed everything and I have not had a single problem since then.

We are so thrilled with our windows. I love that we can just open our windows from the inside, tilt them in, wash, and pop them back in place. They are perfect. Our front window we added a different feature. We can see out, but people can not see in. I wish we had added this feature to all of our other windows. I just love the privacy.
