Drain Works Plumbing

There was a problem with our basement drain. They came on very short notice. Arrived when they said they would, no waiting for a time frame. They were friendly, courteous, knew exactly what they were doing. I felt confident that they did what they needed to do and were not throwing in extra uneccessary work.

I called to have the drain the in the basement augured. Water and leaf litter were coming up after a big rainstorm. Right away Armondo could see that there was all dirt not far down the drain. The pipe had collapsed. Once we were able to get a camera in there we could see more cracks in the pipe and it was disheveled in other places. Also the 'breather' on the outside had collapsed as well.
These guys were clean, efficient and complete gentlemen. They kept me up to date with everything they were doing at every step and why they were doing it.

Just before a holiday weekend our kitchen faucet broke and started to leak. DrainWorks (whom I found on a website with great customers reviews) responded to my call and an appointment has been scheduled at 9 AM the next day. Chris came right on time, investigated the problem and suggested to replace the damaged faucet. He explained pros and cons of proposed replacements and helped me to choose. Chris was very patient and answered all questions I had. The job was done very quickly, efficiently and with high quality. I called DrainWorks at 10AM when I realized I had a problem in the basement sinks. By 12PM Matt from DrainWorks was at my door. He checked the problem, cleared the drain , answered all my questions and made sure the drain is working properly. I was impressed with Matt taking time to cover his boots and my floor. When the job was completed the area under the sink was left clean and neat.

For two months we had problems with kitchen drain, after using dishwasher water was filling up the sink and was standing for a while and only then slowly going out, so one of my friends suggested to call the DrainWorks. In two hours I've got a call informing me that a plumber will be in our house in half an hour. When he arrived he introduced himself (Mike Dunn)and covered his shoes (it was raining) before he went inside. Job was done proffessionally and clean. This is the service we need all the time. We've used DrainWorks several times over the past few years. We've always found them to be courteous, prompt and efficient. We particularly appreciate their upfront approach to pricing. They make it clear when booking the appointment what the charges will be and the plumber repeats the information on arrival before starting the work. The charges, by the way, are very reasonable.
