I have hired DrainWorks to replace two leaking faucets in bathrooms. I have already used the DrainWorks before and was very satisfied with the work done. This time was not different. Chris did a great job on replacing faucets. He was also very helpful with numerous questions I had about this job and also another one (toilet replacement) for which I needed an estimate and advise. Chris has also inspected several potential problem areas and provided valuable suggestions. I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed and going to hire DrainWorks for my next projects.

Just before a holiday weekend our kitchen faucet broke and started to leak. DrainWorks (whom I found on a website with great customers reviews) responded to my call and an appointment has been scheduled at 9 AM the next day. Chris came right on time, investigated the problem and suggested to replace the damaged faucet. He explained pros and cons of proposed replacements and helped me to choose. Chris was very patient and answered all questions I had. The job was done very quickly, efficiently and with high quality.
