We've used DrainWorks several times over the past few years. We've always found them to be courteous, prompt and efficient. We particularly appreciate their upfront approach to pricing. They make it clear when booking the appointment what the charges will be and the plumber repeats the information on arrival before starting the work. The charges, by the way, are very reasonable.
