This company is reliable in many ways. They show up quickly and diagnose fictitious problems right away. After a lengthy explanation you are ask to sign a invoice for a a substantial amount of money. On second taught, by Vince, a 5 foot problem suddenly mushrooms in to a 25 foot plus problem that if not fixed now can show up any time soon, so might as well get it done now. A second invoice is presented and you sign since you want the job done. Little do you realize that the second invoice charges again for the first one, meaning you now pay twice for the first 5 feet. When questioning Vince regarding this oversight the standard answer is; "YOU SIGNED FOR BOTH INVOICES AGREEING TO PAY" I call this a "RIP OFF".
I had a business for many years and I would be ashamed had I conducted my business in that manner.

By the looks of it, that company only replies to good reviews. Too bad would be interesting to see what they say about that situation to justify their double dipping?

What an unexpected mess in my basement!!! Called Drain Rescue Plumbers out for a blocked main sewer drain to an older residential home.
Vanessa was great in the office to field my call to next available plumber and offered my preferred appointment time
so I felt really great from the start.
Vince the plumber, arrived at scheduled appointment time. From first contact, Vince was awesome! He clearly explained what he was going to do to inspect and then try to clear the blocked drain and without any pressure get my approval for the quoted cost for clearing the main sewer drain. The obstruction by tree roots in the old clay piping was found by the remote camera at over 40 feet from the house!! Vince clearly explained the next steps of additional rooting of the obstruction and the additional labour/ quote to clear the line and redo a full remote camera inspection. After significant effort the drain obstruction was cleared with such a downward suction that I have never heard before!!

I can tell you Vince was exceptional!
From the start Vince was repectful to personal property, extremely skilled as a plumber and to top it off he left a detailed work order of services done and future work that should be done to prevent the tree roots from invading the sewer line again. I did ask Vince his age. For a plumber at 27 years old to shine with these skills and care is exceptional.

Fixed leaky faucet that was spewing water in tub and wouldn't shut off. Replaced faucet with handle that worked much better than original. Time between call and completion of replacement repair less than 2 hours.

I hired Drain Rescue to do a major sewer pipe replacement job to hook up from my basement to my property line. They answered my initial call in less than 2 hours and the entire job was completed within 2 days.
Workmanship was excellent - cleanup excellent-respect for property excellent.
