This company is reliable in many ways. They show up quickly and diagnose fictitious problems right away. After a lengthy explanation you are ask to sign a invoice for a a substantial amount of money. On second taught, by Vince, a 5 foot problem suddenly mushrooms in to a 25 foot plus problem that if not fixed now can show up any time soon, so might as well get it done now. A second invoice is presented and you sign since you want the job done. Little do you realize that the second invoice charges again for the first one, meaning you now pay twice for the first 5 feet. When questioning Vince regarding this oversight the standard answer is; "YOU SIGNED FOR BOTH INVOICES AGREEING TO PAY" I call this a "RIP OFF".
I had a business for many years and I would be ashamed had I conducted my business in that manner.
By the looks of it, that company only replies to good reviews. Too bad would be interesting to see what they say about that situation to justify their double dipping?

Thank you Ruth for your feedback regards our team work at your home. It is nice to hear that we could provide an emergency service and came to diagnose your drain issue promptly and we avoided bigger damage to your home. It is our field of work to diagnose and show our customers what kind of damage could be on a main drain line. Our drain specialist came fully equipped to determine an issue that was causing the sewer back up. The technician ran a see snake to clear the blockage, unfortunately he couldn't clear the blockage due to damaged pipe located before laundry room. The technician had to leave recommendations how to fix the discovered problem and our customers decide whether to go ahead with recommendations or not. When crew exposed the area with damaged pipe our technician had to come back and check the rest of main drain line condition. The camera inspection showed that clay pipe along the line has various damaged sections and tree roots growing through. You agreed and signed a contract for additional repairs. Regards the footage our customer mentioned above it has a logical explanation: the distance from point A to B is not always straight, it includes branches which are bringing waste from different points of the house, this branches had to be change in order to repair the full line.
Thank you for your feedback and we do respond to all our customers review, there no bad or good reviews for us. Customers opinion is very important to us!
