What an unexpected mess in my basement!!! Called Drain Rescue Plumbers out for a blocked main sewer drain to an older residential home. Vanessa was great in the office to field my call to next available plumber and offered my preferred appointment time so I felt really great from the start. Vince the plumber, arrived at scheduled appointment time. From first contact, Vince was awesome! He clearly explained what he was going to do to inspect and then try to clear the blocked drain and without any pressure get my approval for the quoted cost for clearing the main sewer drain. The obstruction by tree roots in the old clay piping was found by the remote camera at over 40 feet from the house!! Vince clearly explained the next steps of additional rooting of the obstruction and the additional labour/ quote to clear the line and redo a full remote camera inspection. After significant effort the drain obstruction was cleared with such a downward suction that I have never heard before!! I have dealt with many trades before and I can tell you Vince was exceptional! From the start Vince was repectful to personal property, extremely skilled as a plumber and to top it off he left a detailed work order of services done and future work that should be done to prevent the tree roots from invading the sewer line again. I did ask Vince his age. For a plumber at 27 years old to shine with these skills and care is exceptional. Without question- 100% recommend, Drain Rescue Plumbers! Thank you!
