We recently had our 2 garage doors and garage door openers installed. They were very professional from the planning to the completion of the project. An appointment was booked for the installation and the installers arrived promptly and completed the installation in a timely manner. Their doors and hardware are of high quality. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Both garage springs broken and needing replacement - called Dodds - they were fast and reliable and provided a good price. A+++ service. They showed up on time, took care of the issue, and cleaned up work area. Would recommend.

Phoned Dodds on Thursday to replace broken spring. Came Friday and both springs were replaced in less than 1/2 hour. Unlike my installer who didn't come or answer my call Dodds came when they said they would . I will be using them the next time I need service on my garage door.

The tech they sent was very cool, calm and collected. Installed new garage door opener and some sundry fixes. Very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of the technician.

I had done a lot of research into garage doors and had 3 quotes from local dealers. Costco was cheapest, and there were 2 other companies that had better products but were significantly more money. All included garage door openers and similar insulated doors and hardware. What set Dodds apart was the service before, during and after the sale. They confirmed the appointment, gave us everything in writing, pricing was the same as it was online, and they actually followed up AFTER the quote to make sure we had all our questions answered. We picked them partly because of this piece but also because everything they did was warranted for life. In their words they want to put in the door and never see us again for anything. Then after the install, they called us to make sure we were happy with everything and that it was cleaned up and installed to our satisfaction. And as if that wasn't good enough, our insulated value is HIGHER than the other guys and what was standard with their offering, was all optional with the other guys. But even the standard stuff was BETTER than the optional stuff with the other quotes (eg other guys 'upgraded' spring was 15,000 cycle, Dodds was 25,000 cycle spring). I can't recommend these guys enough - forget about the rest, these guys are the best.

We found Dodd’s to be very responsive when we called them and were able to send a repair person within a few hours. The work and service were very much to our satisfaction.
