Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

Duct cleaning: After reading several reviews I decided to go ahead with Dial one. It has been atleast 40 years since the ducts were ever cleaned so I thought it was time. They were very professional and didn't mind answering my questions. I was offered a filter installaion in exchange for writting a review but decided not to go that way. They showed me a sample of how my ducts looked and later mentioned that it was just accumulating dust in the duct works.(no obstructions).
