It was a pleasure in dealing with Luiz and would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family members. He came on date/time and explained to me the differences in railing and suggested a layout he thought would look good. He mentioned that he is backlogged with work but he would try very hard to get it installed before Christmas.. Unfortunately he received the wrong size of the balust and had to reorder the 2" that we wanted,he apologized about the mix up and put a rush on the new order. The installation was finished today and it looks wonderful. His attention to detail and his knowledge of his work put our minds at ease. Thank you Luiz

I was pondering for several years on doing this whole big project and the cost. Serge was professional and knew what he was talking about, pointed out several things that needed to be corrected and his job at the end was neat and tidy. The price quoted was from a previous year and he held the price a year after for me, the quoted price was half of the other top rated companies which surprised me. Got my neighbour interested as well and he had his done as well as windows and roof.

I really can't say more than "fabulous work guys"! Roy, Victor and Vicktor did a wonderful job replacing my damaged pipe (roots) and my new washroom rough-in. Roy examined the sewer pipes just to make sure that no other problems had arise since his last visit. He adviced me that I should call the city to take a look at a clog that I had at the city end and gave me the number to call ASAP He also mentioned about the tree root grant that the city offered and suggested that I get required permit in order to qualify for the rebate. I had worked done before by Mr.Rotor (breather pipe) at $1800 and was told later that I have another problem $1800 to repair a damage (collapse pipe) 4 feet away from the first repair. They wanted to charge me another $4200 to do the job that Roy and his friends did for less than half of that amount. I had Victor and Vicktor come couple of days after and ready to work. They unloaded their vehicle and placed all their materials at the side of the house. They got right to work and constantly kept on working till they exposed the section that had the tree root clog. It took them 1 1/2 days to finish everything and I really appreciated that they kept me informed of what was happening. after they finished pouring the cement, they tidy up after themselves and left the place as they found it... I would definitely call them again for any future troubles and I would definitely refer them to anyone that would like a reliable and honest service. We had a sewer back-up several months ago and put it off since it seemed that it fixed itself, but I was wrong. Called several company before Roy since they were in the top ranking. I was quoted $1800 for a p-trap replacement that lead from the inside of the house to the outside. After arranging a firm price I had the work done seeing that this was the cause of the problem. Well after they replace the trap they mentioned that I had a collapsed pipe further down in the house and an additional cost of $1800 plus roots in the outside near a tree $4200. This is where I decided to stop and look for another company. Called Roy and he returned my call the same day, we arranged a time and day for the inspection. He was very friendly and didn't have a problem answering my questions. When I mentioned what others had said he just laughed and said "Someone has to pay for all the advertising". Well at the end he did agree with a blockage in the inside of the house which he mentioned that he could get 90% out if I was on a budget but agreed that it needed to be replaced for a proper job. He mentioned that the city would re-imburse me for the replacement. He looked that the outside near the tree and said that it was minor roots and no need to worry about it. He looked further down and saw that the water wasn't flowing as freely as it was closer to the house indicating trouble. He said to call the city and have the sewer checked out from the city side. He was kind enough to give me a quote for the work inside the house and the telephone number for the city to inspect the problem. Roy is your man!

Duct cleaning: After reading several reviews I decided to go ahead with Dial one. It has been atleast 40 years since the ducts were ever cleaned so I thought it was time. They were very professional and didn't mind answering my questions. I was offered a filter installaion in exchange for writting a review but decided not to go that way. They showed me a sample of how my ducts looked and later mentioned that it was just accumulating dust in the duct works.(no obstructions). Thank-you for being professional!
