Amjad from Dial one provided an amazing service, he was very responsive and professionally conducted the business to my satisfaction. As compared to others companies I has them in the past Dial One is little pricey but worth the extra cost. I am happy to recommend Dial One to everyone who is looking for "proper" duct cleaning with before and after pictures and videos.

MJ from Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning came on time (gave us an advanced heads up on timing), great professional communication, and most importantly did an excellent job in completing the work efficiently. Even though it was only 1 person, MJ moved quickly, while taking care to answer any and all questions we had, as well as showing before and after photos & videos.

Would highly recommend this company to others, and look forward to seeing you again next time we need our ducts cleaned!

Tech was friendly and explained as he went. Very thorough job with
a camera video attached to vents showing the dirt/etc as it was being
vacuumed out. He took the needed time to do a complete job and cleaned up after. I am happy with the service and would certainly recommend the company to anyone looking for duct cleaning ;)

Recently had air ducts cleaned. MJ was very informative and professional. He explained every procedure that was done. Even showed us video during cleaning procedure before and after. Had ducts cleaned in the past but it wasn't done like Dial One. Will be definitely using them again and requesting for MJ. Keep up the good work.

MJ and Aiman came to my house to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They did a great job at cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing everything . They were prompt, professional, careful and courteous working in our home. The place smells so much cleaner and weve noticed a drastic reduction in dust. Amira did a great job. He provided a video of the returned being cleaned. He found pieces of an old vent cover that were no longer needed and he even went under my porch to clean my dryer exhaust.
