Had a small job after the ice storm. They were there the next day and had it done quickly. Great company and would highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

We are very happy with Derek's work - professional attitude, always available for questions, not pushy. His crew arrived on time and completed the work very quickly - impressive. Reasonably priced against the competition. Highly recommend, we will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

During the now infamous Ice Storm of 2013, our ash tree suffered irreparable damage. Despite the unexpected demand on his time, Derek came by the day of the storm to assess the damage and confirmed our worst fears that our tree, already victim to the Emerald Ash Borer, needed to be taken down. Derek told us what he would do, when he would do it and what it would cost. As with the pruning of the tree by Derek’s crew a few years before, Derek once again delivered on all his promises. Although saddened by the loss of our tree, it is always a marvel to watch this competent crew do their work. We highly recommend this company.

Many in Toronto can relate to the loss of trees and large limbs with the unusual weather in 2013. Derek and his team have assisted us several times now in removing large unmanageable limbs of trees, in removing of dead trees and in pruning of existing trees to ensure their health and safety.
None of the trees Derek and his team pruned and cared for this year were affected by the ice storm of 2013. That was money very well spent, based on his knowledgeable foresight and insightful recommendations.
He is friendly, courteous, professional, as are all the members of his team. He has proven himself by his experience and his dedication to getting jobs done quickly and efficiently again and again. He is a trustworthy individual who has looked out for both our immediate and future needs every time we have used him. We look forward to many more, occasions to have him assist us in the future.

We have 2 large willow trees that overhung our neighbour's backyard that we finally decided to get pruned.

I tried contacting another "well rated" company to get a quote but they didn't give me the time of day whereas Derek got back to me quick and arranged for a time to look at what needed to be done and give a quote. (He is very punctual)

We did have a little misunderstanding during scheduling but that was cleared up and I am very happy with his work.

Both Derek his team were very punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

I would not hesitate to use Derek again and would recommend them.

I had Derek come out to give me an estimate for trimming at my house, he was on time for the estimate and it was reasonable. They came to do the job when he said he would and did an excellent job. I would definitely use him again.

I met Derek at the hockey arena a couple years ago as he sponsors a few teams in the Mississauga area. I have used his service a few times now to do everything from taking down a pine tree to tidying up other trees on my property. He always does a great job and the price is always fair. I think that it is great that he helps out our local hockey teams by sponsoring them and I will continue to use his service.

My husband and I will definitely be pleased to hire Derek for future projects as needed and recommend him to family/friends. We were truly impressed with the initial fast response and communication when I first contacted the company for a quote. The on-site consultation was good, Derek arrived at the time he promised as well as on the day of removal. Efficient, fast, friendly service. His crew worked very hard and the price was reasonable considering the amount of equipment, labour, safety precautions, and time needed to carry out the project (approximately two hours). If you are looking for an honest, reliable tree service, look no further. We truly appreciated his services and left the premises clean and Derek even threw in a few promo items. You can tell Derek takes pride in his work and his reputation. He was hired to remove trees and shrubs that were either dead, dangerous, or causing damage to our sewer pipes. Mission accomplished, and our house looks so much better!
