Gancy showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and allowed me to watch him in action. He had a machine to spray/fog/fumigate and the inside of the brick wall to kill the wasps nesting and a powdered insecticide for any wasps returning to the nest. As he fogged/fumigated through the opening the wasps were using he noticed the fog leaking from 2 other areas (weeping hole and the base of the conduit). He sprayed those areas and applied the powdered insecticide (as seen in pictures) to all the affected areas. (3 in total) He also walked around the house to check for any additional nests. Overall I am very satisfied, it's been 1 day and I haven't seen any wasps around the area. He told me if there were any other wasps in 2 weeks to give him a call for a follow up treatment.

We have 2 large willow trees that overhung our neighbour's backyard that we finally decided to get pruned. I tried contacting another "well rated" company to get a quote but they didn't give me the time of day whereas Derek got back to me quick and arranged for a time to look at what needed to be done and give a quote. (He is very punctual) We did have a little misunderstanding during scheduling but that was cleared up and I am very happy with his work. Both Derek his team were very punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use Derek again and would recommend them.

After moving into our house for a few years, I thought it was time to clean the tankless heater. The original company that installed the unit was no longer in business and I received a letter in the mail from Furnace King that they were taking over their customer base. I went online to look up their ratings on Homestars and decided to contact them for the cleaning. Their service pre-sales service was top notch and the service guy was punctual. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Overall a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to use them again.
