Robert's crew was fantastic. Robert kept the appointment to quote and confirmed the appointment for the day of the project. They arrived on time, cut down the trees, cut up and stacked the wood and removed the stumps and all the debris. I would highly recommend this company.

We were very impressed by the level of service provided by Derek and his team. We were able to obtain a quote within days of calling and Derek was able to perform the job shortly after. Derek and his team were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and did a great job of pruning our trees and hedges. They even helped us mulch our yard with the branches pruned. We were very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them to others.

We have used Derek's Tree Service in the past and didn't hesitate to call him again when we need to have two trees removed due to an upcoming pool installation. Derek came over and gave us a quote right away, which was both fair and reasonable. When our installation date was moved up and we called in a bit of a panic, Derek's crew was able to accommodate us and showed up the next morning to get the job done - even thought we know this is his busy season! The estimate was extremely fair and reasonable. The crew showed up as promised and removed large trees, and many evergreens in preparation for my pool and interlock installation. There was a bit of drama as the job was quoted very low and the owner said they were not able to remove the ivy along my fence as originally quoted. However, we reached a very reasonable resolution and I was extremely happy with the work, the price, and the way the owner handled the job. I recommend and would leverage their service again.

I hired this company to trim the bough from the top of a silver maple. I dealt with Peter who was responded to my communications in a professional and timely manner. The morning that Peter arrived to do the job as scheduled, my neighbor intervened and stopped him from doing his job. Peter was courteous, professional and generous. He agreed to let my neighbor hire her own choice of tree trimmers - and didn't charge me for his time or service call. He agreed to come back any time if I am not satisfied with the job that is to be done by my neighbors contractor. I was very impressed with Peter as he made a potentially difficult and awkward situation manageable. I'm always impressed by professional and timely service. Hard to come by these days. This is the first time I used Derek's Tree Service and would definitely use them again without hesitation. I delt with James directly who gave me the quote and did the work. The price for the work was very reasonable (compared to other quotes). James was very friendly and professional. After the work was complete, the area was left clean. Thanks Derek and team!

This is the 3rd time I've called Derek in to remove trees in my back yard..he's always given me an excellent price with great service.. His crew is very efficient and performs a good cleanup before leaving.. I hope I don't lose anymore trees but if I do I will definitely call Derek without going through other quotes..

This is the 2nd time we've used Derek's services. We have a huge yard with lots of mature trees. Derek came in and took down large limbs including one that hung over our solarium. It was a tricky job! Derek's crew was efficient, clean and professional. He also disposed of a 100ft tree that had fallen, created mulch and spread it through my garden. I only paid for the removal but he did the extra ... no charge. On a side note, Derek took it upon himself to contact a contractor who didn't complete a fence repair job for me. The contractor had taken my money but didn't return. I was obviously naive in thinking that everyone is as professional as Derek. Miraculously, the contractor showed up and finished the job within the week. Thanks for going above and beyond Derek!
