Since I bought a furnace from Cozyworld some two years ago, Boris has promptly returned all of my calls and provided sensible, sage advice regarding every aspect of our HVAC system. Instead of taking every opportunity to try and ring in another sale, Boris has offered advice on how to fix or service our system on our own at no cost. For example, late last week I called Boris and explained that our thermostat was not communicating with our furnace. Boris asked me to go downstairs, look into the small round plastic window on the front side of the furnace and read back the LED error code that was on the circuit board. The code read: E5. Boris then explained that the fuse needed to be replaced and that only Canadian Tire had the fuse. He gave explicit, step by step instruction on how to SAFELY replace the fuse and voila, it worked instantly. Boris could have charged us and we would have happily paid. One last example, late this summer I called Boris about potentially replacing our air conditioner, he said, "why do you want to buy one now? Summer is over. Save your money and I'll give you a great deal in the Spring." He was right. Whenever I've called, Boris has been there. Thank you Boris and thank you Cozyworld. I would give this company 12 out of 10. Incredible.

Fred came over the same day I called to look at the job and give me an estimate. There was no rush to do the job so we agreed on a date. He called me the day before to confirm and then came right on time as proimised. The job was done neatly and took less time than estimated. I will definitely use Fred again for any HVAC work that I may need.

When our 25 year old air conditioner suddenly broke on us last month, we decided it was time to buy a new unit. We conveniently spotted Majestic's company van on our street and approached them for a quote. Fred came in and met with us once he was finished with his other job and agreed to send us a quote for a new unit by that evening which he did. His quote was reasonable and his reviews on Homestars were very good, so we decided to go ahead with them. Fred and his associate arrived less than a week later with the new unit and installed it without any issue. They were professional and respectful of our home by laying down runners to walk on. Fred even offered to help us that evening over the phone when we couldn't get our new thermostat to work which we had installed ourselves. This was a great company to deal with and we'll be sure to use them again in the future for any other HVAC needs.

Fred and Chris visited my home to give me quote to replace my air conditioner. They were very polite and on time.

Fred checked the air conditioner, and he suggested that can be easily fixed. He was able to fix it and told me that a credit could be applied if I want to replace the AC in the future.

Our a/c broke down so we called Cozy World. Fred arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the compressor was shot, so we decided to replace the whole unit. Boris was responsive and provided a great price, and Fred came back to do the work. Great customer service and a pleasure to work with!

Our Air-conditioner broke on a very hot humid day I called a few companies only Fred answered his phone and over the phone he could diagnose the problem he was prompt and fast and his price was fair also ..

AC broke down during very humid, gross, sticky weather, Wednesday evening before a long weekend, and began making disturbing sounds (like a Dalek attacking an elephant, my son said.) Called about 11 people who were giving me times like "the end of next week". Then I called Cozy World and Farhad, of Majestic Indoor Air, took the call. He came the same day, fit me in between two big jobs so I wouldn't have to wait until tomorrow. He arrived early and diagnosed the problem before we even spoke, and replaced a broken part for a very reasonable price. (My unit is old and I was in terror of 3-4 thousand dollars to replace it!) He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fast. I will be calling them in a month or two to do my furnace service!

Boris is a pleasure to work with. He is polite and professional and his crew reflect his work ethic. We replaced the 20-year-old furnace and AC. The work was done in a single, albeit long, day. After the upgrade, we were experiencing mysterious noises that were bothersome and inquired about it more than a couple of times. Boris not only came to inspect it himself, in addition to the post installation inspection, he also sent out his crew who did the job to inspect it to ensure there were no significant problems. At the end, it had nothing to do with the job Cozy World did, but a faulty vent placement by the previous homeowner. Nonetheless, Boris and his crew were always helpful and polite.

I have used Majestic indoor air many time and just recently I called them when my ac stopped working Fred answered the phone and took care of my problem promptly . I have been very happy with the service I have had from majestic indoor air and I highly recommend this company to all
