AC broke down during very humid, gross, sticky weather, Wednesday evening before a long weekend, and began making disturbing sounds (like a Dalek attacking an elephant, my son said.) Called about 11 people who were giving me times like "the end of next week". Then I called Cozy World and Farhad, of Majestic Indoor Air, took the call. He came the same day, fit me in between two big jobs so I wouldn't have to wait until tomorrow. He arrived early and diagnosed the problem before we even spoke, and replaced a broken part for a very reasonable price. (My unit is old and I was in terror of 3-4 thousand dollars to replace it!) He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fast. I will be calling them in a month or two to do my furnace service!
