Our furnace started giving off a burning smell and I called Cozy World Inc, Farhad got back to me within an hour and came that same morning. The motor was seized and he was able to replace it with a new motor as well as giving our furnace a general service cleaning and had the furnace up and running within an hour. Great service, would highly recommend.

Outstanding experience. We had several HVAC companies come in to quote, but Cozy World was able to provide the best combination of expertise, experience and value. After making several excellent suggestions, we opted to go with a higher-end Lennox furnace & air conditioner, along with a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat. We have had the system for several months now and it continues to work flawlessly. The house temperature remains consistent & comfortable, and the system is whisper-quiet. Bravo to Cozy World for their great work!

Had to bite the bullet after our 20 year old Lennox furnace starting having issues, water leaking & gas valve malfunctioning. Searched for a good, reputable HVAC contractor and found a few. We had no heat and I definitely wanted a Lennox again, so Boris got the job as he was quickest to head over and take a look. He gave his estimate and recommendations. I completely agreed and the next morning unit was installed by Kam in a fast, tidy manner. Boris followed up by completing the warranty registration and submtting for IESO rebate.

We were out of town in January and our son-in-law checked our home to find the furnace dead and the house temperature at 49 degrees F. Fred came to inspect our 13 year old furnace and discovered that the CO readings were at unacceptable and at dangerous levels and that our furnace had serious corrosion issues. After providing us with several replacement options we chose a Lennox combination system that more than meets our needs and has excellent rebate opportunities. We worked with Fred from our vacation location and he was very accommodating in meeting our scheduling requirements. We would absolutely recommend Cozy World to anyone needing Heating and Air Conditioning systems and service.

I previously called a local company whose tech came late and says I need parts or a new furnace. I then called Fred for a second opinion. Fred came promptly, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes. Awesome!

The guys came and did a very good job installing a new Lennox double fan furnace and hot water tank. They quoted the job and completed the job at the price stated, no funny business, no problems.

I've had a new furnace and a water tank installed recently by CozyWorld. I've talked to Boris on the phone and he came to our house on the next day to give us a quote. He was very helpful in explaining the multitude of different options that I had to choose from; he was also very professional and straight to the point. The quote from Boris was reasonable (in fact, it was about $1000 lower than another quote that I've received), so I've decided to go with CozyWorld.

I've bought the new furnace through CozyWorld (and the hot water tank at HomeDepot). The installers, Kam and Vali, did great job. Everything was done very carefully and professionally. They've spent a full day installing the furnace and the water tank (they've also installed a chimney liner and a humidifier). I liked that they did not rush through the job (as many other contractors do), but instead took their time and finished every little detail properly, the way it should be done.

So the bottom line is that now I'm very happy with my new furnace and new water tank. And I highly recommend CozyWorld - they offer truly great service at a reasonable price!

The furnace is great, very quiet and provides good heat distribution. The installers were very good, showed respect for the house, they were very efficient and spotlessly clean during and after install.
