My 50 yr old Lennox furnace died on the coldest day of the year (-22c) and luckily I had insurance to cover the repair but because of the difficulty in finding the parts, it took 3 painfully cold days and nights before it was repaired. So that was a wake up call for me to replace my trusty old but dreadfully inefficient furnace and ac. I called a few places for quotes and researched each of them thoroughly. I knew that the quality of the installation was just as, if not, more important than the product itself. So I decided to go with Cozy World based on the reviews on this site and also why I am returning the favor and leaving my review for others. My furnace and ac were replaced on April 26. The quality of the installation is amazing. I was hoping my finished job would look as good as the ones in their videos and it does, actually even better. Thanks Cozy World

Our old furnace was getting tempermental, shutting off at random and this sometimes on the coldest days of winter. I called Boris on the morning of February 29th and explained our problem. He came over in just over an hour, explained what kind of furnace we would need for the size of our house, etc. Soon after he left, Fred the technician arrived. He was very punctual and worked very hard. The installation was challenging but he got it all done to our satisfaction. The work done is very clean and professional and Fred even managed to make the drain pipe into the laundry room unobtrusive. I couldn't believe it, all this was done on the same day that I called. And Boris was right, the new furnace is whisper quiet! In addition, Boris applied for an OPA rebate on our behalf. It took much patience and persistence because the site wasn't ready but finally, it is done. Thanks, Boris!

Boris and his team at Cozy World recently installed a new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner in our home. He first came by in person to provide us with a quote. We received quotes from 5 contractors and his was definitely the most competitive for the quality of parts and included installation and removal of our old furnace and AC.

The work was completed quickly. Boris' installers also took the time to re-route the water line for our humidifier as well as other cables. The finished job looks extremely professional and I am very happy. Finally, Boris provided excellent communication throughout the job and took care of all the necessary rebate paperwork.

Modulating Furnace and AC installation

It was time to replace our 20 year old furnace ad AC. Searched for a good, reputable HVAC contractor and found only a few with 4 and higher star ratings. We called 4-5 HVAC companies and discussed with all of them in detail. In the end we decided to go either with Cozy World (Lennox dealer) or another manufcaturer system (another HVAC company that was a bit cheaper, but did not have recent reviews).
Cozy World provided to us the best combination of expertise, experience and value. What also made us decide to go with Cozy World was the excellent reviews on Homestars and the outstanding and prompt communication with Farhad who answered all our questions and provided all the documentation needed as well, prior to making the decision. Farhad was also able to give a very competitive price, compared with the other Lennox dealer.
We had a new top of the line modulating Lennox Furnace and AC installed (XC25 and SLP98) along with a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat in March 2016. The house temperature remains constant and comfortable and the system is really quiet.
The complex installation was performed flawlessly by Kam and his crew and it took almost 11 hours, due to the fact that the AC unit had to be installed on the other side of the house and everything had to be re-routed. The installation was professional and everything was cleaned up before they left.
Farhad performed a follow up with us and also helped by completing the warranty registration and submitting for the Lennox and OPA rebates.

I got home from vacation on January 2nd and my furnace gave out on me. I called Cozy world and they were there the next day to check things out, and we had a new furnace up and running a few days later.

Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. The installation was very smooth and now we have a great new high efficiency furnace.

They also followed up to make sure that we received our rebate of $250.

I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone that needs to tend to their HVAC needs.

Farhad and his crew were extremely professional. I had a new top of the line Lennox Furnace and AC installed. (XC25 and SLP98).

I had my furnace installed by Cozy World in 2009, and had no issues until today - no heat, cold air coming from ducts. Looked at the furnace, noticed that combustion motor is not rotating. Rotated it by hand, it started to work but with a lot of noise like from dead bearings. 5 pm in the evening, called the company, talked to Fred - to my surprise he was at my door half an hour later with the motor in hand. Another 15 minutes -motor replaced, furnace works. All covered by warranty, parts and labor. Highly recommed to anybody. Thanks Fred!

My furnace broke and I immediately called Cozy World at around 10pm. Farhad was willing to come out late that evening but instead came early the next day. End result, my furnace was fixed before 9am.
