I needed to change out my 21 year old Lennox Furnace. I decided to go with Cozy World. Their price was competitive. Farhad, the sales person and co-owner was very personable and up front. The installation crew of Fred and his helper were courteous, professional and very skillful in completing the work. They kept a clean work area and removed the existing furnace and all debris. Within a day Farhad completed all the registrations and rebate applications.
Cozy World certainly met and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to many years of satisfaction from my Lennox furnace and support from Cozy World

Fred, the co-owner, is very personable, conscientious, forthcoming, dependable & always quick to respond to all my inquiries. Kam, the Head Installer, is very experienced & proficient, & a patient mentor to Shaya (apprentice/helper). Kam's very nice to talk to, from sharing some helpful hints to his pizza lunch. They did not rush through the job but took their time to make sure that everything's done just right.

This has been a very pleasant experience for us. The whole team was superbe & the price was very competitive & reasonable for a job well done. With such capable people on the team, & the continual level of excellent service, I'm sure Cozy World will continue to flourish.

An extremely professional team to deal with from Farhad, Co-owner, who carefully explained all our new furnace and air-conditioner options to the installation team who worked most efficiently to complete the job on time. Great follow-up of relevant paper work. Highly recommend Cozy World!!!

Cozy World was one of the few HVAC companies that I considered when replacing my 14 years old furnace. Farhad, the owner responded with a very fair price for a high efficient brand name furnace and came up the same day in the evening to take a look. He gave me very good ideas of resizing the duct to accommodate a bigger filter and presented himself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy person. What makes this company different from others is communication. Farhad communicated through email very professionally making sure that my questions were answered the same day(I had a lot). On the day of installation, Masoud the head installer and his co-worker Ali came at the agreed time. In addition to installing the new furnace I asked to relocate gas pipe that obstructed access to the dryer's duct. Additionally Masoud suggested to install extra vents because our furnace is located in a confined place and has an intake line from inside the house. The whole job was done nicely, they tidied the floor and removed all packaging from the new furnace. All paper work of registering the furnace and applying for rebates was done by Farhad the same day. I was very happy to deal with Farhad and Masoud from Cozy World and would recommend them as reliable HVAC company. Thank you.

After I've made my decision to go ahead with the installation, the crew moved in the next day and finished the job quickly and professionally. New cable had to be ran between the furnace and my Nest thermostat to support all of the features and the guys did an amazing job running the cable with minimal damage to the walls. Overall, happy customer here. Everything works as expected. I can now control my humidifier with my Nest app :) I recommend Cozy World if you need a new furnace!

After a basement underpinning job we needed to relocate and replace the furnace, this required new duct work. We also decided to get a new air conditioner, air cleaning system and a new humidifier. The guys from Cozy world were professional and thorough. I was impressed by the detailed quote (much more detailed than the other quotes I received) and with several options for me to choose from. When I sat down with Fred, he gave me an assortment of options and answered every question that I had. I was also very impressed by the hard work of the installation team. These guys spent two long days at my house and they installed everything perfectly. They were machines. I tend to do things myself when I can as I am a bit of a perfectionist. I was really impressed by the detail these guys went to, even going as far as using a level to making sure that the vent pipes were perfectly vertical. I would highly recommend Cozy world and have already recommended them to friends and family. I had a tankless unit installed by another company and the guys at Cozy world pointed out that the gas line was not proper (3/4" connection off of a 1/2" connection). They informed me that you cannot go from a smaller connection to a larger connection. That made sense. They didn't stop there though. They installed a tee off of the 3/4" line in the utility room so that the problem could be corrected. These are guys that will go the extra mile. I think that's what impresses me the most about these guys, you don't get what you pay for, you get more. If I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World.

My HVAC system was getting old, when my A/C unit turned on it sounded like a small plane trying to take off. My house would shake when the furnace motor kicked in.

I sought out quotes from four different companies and went with Cozy World.

-They had the best price.

-Boris took the time during his initial visit to explain the components of the HVAC system and to help me understand what I was buying.

-On the day of the install the Cozy World installers were great. They showed up on time, they were polite and quick. They explained my new system to me and when they were done everything was left neat and clean.

My new system is quiet and I am very pleased with the level of service at Cozy World.

We bought a furnace from Cozy a couple years ago, after researching many companies, and their service, recommendations, installation and pricing were all great. This week our furnace stopped working, and we couldn't figure out why. We called in and they tried to help us troubleshoot it over the phone, to no avail. Right away the next morning Fred came over to have a look, and he found that I had put something against the intake vent outside, so no air was getting in. Fred didn't charge us anything, even though he could have and I bet more other companies would have. We love these guys they're not just there to get the sale.

After meeting with Boris to discuss our needs, we selected CozyWorld to install our new furnace and air conditioner. We were impressed with the thorough information provided to us regarding products, service and price. The installers, Kam and Yasha arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day to complete the job. The work areas were left clean and all garbage was removed.
