Fred from Cozy World was great, he showed up on time and when he said they would. While they were working Fred noticed that there were some major issues with the way the previous owner had put together the furnace.

Fred was great he made all the necessary repairs at a very fair price. I only have good things to say about Fred and Cozy World.

Boris is extremely knowledgeable. Helped answer all of my questions - even helped me remove a red tag. He's NOT just a sales guy, but truly understand the installation process from inside out. Does not up sell on any product, simply tells me what I needed for my home.

His team is very efficient and has great workmanship. Job was done in 1 day and everything cleaned up. The furnace had a slight leak at first, which we found to be just splashing from the condensation pump. Kam came by my house almost immediately and rectified the issue.

Sina came by my house in Aurora and inspected the existing natural gas BBQ line for any leaks and to ensure it was working properly. He was very professional, courteous and even protected the gas line from rust and corrosion by spraying on some rustoleum and caulking around the openings to make sure there were no exposed holes in the bricks. Proud to say no leaks and I'm ready for BBQ season! I would use these guys again for my HVAC needs.

Im very happy with the services from Cozy world. The owner came to my house and spent more than an hour discussing my needs, accessing my house and explaining different types of furnaces. Everybody was very courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. The installer came right on time and managed to do all work ( new furnace, new conditioner, installing new water heater ) in one day. I highly recommend this company!!

I called 4 different places about replacing my old furnace and air conditioner. Boris from Cozy World provided options and best explanation out of all other salesmen who came by.
Hardware was installed by Kam and assistant. They were very friendly and explained what was involved in the installation. They had to open 2 holes in my basement ceiling to pull exhaust out to the back of the house. The holes were small and covered properly afterwards. Guys cleaned up the debris well after the job was done.
The furnace (SLP98V) has been working well since installed, very quiet. I tested the AC (13ACX), a lot quieter than my old one.
Very satisfied with this job, if I decide to replace water tank or install humidifier I will call these guys again.

Boris and his team were informative, polite, professional, and quick. They let us know in advance what would be involved in replacing our broken down furnace (including the need also to replace our water heater to meet the gas Code), and were very clear about our options. Their price was lowest (by a good margin), and the installation went very smoothly and neatly. After installation, Boris took care of registering the product with the manufacturer and advising us about how to apply for energy rebates. He also checked in to see how the equipment was working after one week. I wish all home contacting/service projects could go as smoothly as this one did. I would highly recommend Cozy World -- we are thoroughly pleased with their superlative work.

Coordination of the work with Boris Sherman was seamless & perfect as he was able to accommodate us on very short notice to my inlaws old ac & furnace. The crew was able to complete the work in one day and removed and disposed of the old units and left the job site in the same clean original condition. They handled all the paperwork and submitted the warranty and rebates. My inlaws were very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend Cozy World. Additionally Cozy World installed our Ac and furnace approximately 10 years ago and were deeply satisfied with their professionalism and reliable furnace and ac installation/operation that we didn't hesitate to highly recommend them to family and friends over the years.
