Fred from Cozy World was great, he showed up on time and when he said they would. While they were working Fred noticed that there were some major issues with the way the previous owner had put together the furnace. Fred was great he made all the necessary repairs at a very fair price. I only have good things to say about Fred and Cozy World.

Yuri was recommended to us by our agent. He was able to come on very short notice and did a very thorough and professional inspection. Having the full inspection in hand is very useful. I recommend to anyone thinking about getting an inspection to definitely do it and to give Yuri a call, no one will give you a more in depth and thorough inspection of the home you're considering buying.
