Based on HomeStars’ reviews, we made an appointment with Boris. My husband was pleased at the fact that Boris spoke slowly and clearly over the phone. To non-native English speakers how much unnecessary stress and confusion can occur when people speaking too fast over the phone! On the appointment day, Boris called half an hour before the appointment time notifying us he would be late due to the traffic, which made us sense that he is a responsible person. I appreciate the fact that he immediately put on shoe covers at entering our house. He first checked our system and then took time to listen to our questions and explain. He indeed spoke slowly and patiently. He explained to me why my idea of having a larger/more powerful heating unit isn’t a better solution to warm up my house’s colder upstairs. We expected to put in some deposit when setting up the installation appointment, but Boris said he didn’t need it which made us feel everything is trust based and a sense of community. Three guys arrived on the appointment day, an hour early which I didn’t mind, with rugs to cover the floor and stairs. They focused on their job and finished the work very professionally. The place was left very clean. They even replaced a broken switch we had. Next day, Boris followed up with us about the work. We were pleased to tell him that the job was well done and the upstairs is now as warm as the first floor.

We had numerous estimates for a new furnace and A/C. Boris of Cozy World was the only one who we trusted and he did not try to oversell us. The job was completed flawlessly and we are extremely happy about the entire experience. We highly recommend Cozy World to everybody.

When my furnace developed difficulties, Direct Energy shut it down and quoted me $6000 to replace it. I called Boris of Cozy World who had exammined the furnace the year before (for no charge) and told me it was still in decent shape and didn't yet need replacing. He came immediately and gave me clear and useful advice and replaced the furnace with an energy star product that only cost me $3500. He applied for rebates for me and told me how to register my warrenty. He has kindly answered any related questions I have had.I recommend his company highly.

Had the new equipment installed last spring - no troubles so far, everything went well, and was cooler last summer, and warmer this winter. The guys were efficient, reliable and did not try to sell extras.

Just repeating what every other review says.Boris explained everything regarding the new furnace and answered all our questions. The installers were on time,and left the house clean when they left.What more can you ask for.

Service was excellent. Technicians show up early and finished job as scheduled. installation was professional. After finished job, they test function of both furnace and air conditioner to make sure they work as expected. I would recommend Cozy World.

The quote was reasonable and accurate, and the information that we got was honest and helpful. The installers were quick and cleaned up well after they completed the job. No problems whatsoever, and the furnace has been working very well for the last 5 months.

When our water heater and furnace died Cozy World came to the rescue! Boris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and his prices were great. We were very happy and have had zero problems with our new hot water heater and high efficiency furnace (our heating bills have gone waaaayyyy down too which is a bonus!). Boris helped us out with all of the paperwork so we could receive our rebates.

Did my due diligence and contacted 3 contracted. Decided on Boris based on way better price, referall from a friend, reviews for Goodman furnaces and great scores from this site... I have to admit that this is one of the best decisions I made (at least when it comes to home renos :))...

Boris and his team not only made a great installation, but fixed a gas leak in my pipes (detected when he came for his quote - only of 3 contractors who cared or who was skilled enough to mention this) and repaired the concrete on my chimney... Thermostat needed adjustment and they came in quickly to fix it. Overall, of all the work I had done on my 120 years old house, this is the ONLY contractor I recommend to my friends.
