No surprises ! Both installers, Kam & his colleague were on time, were very experienced and completed a flawless installation. I've already recommended them to my neighbor. Thanks Boris, you run a class company !

Excellent service - on time, on budget, didn't oversell me, gave me what I needed for the size of my house and was much cheaper then Enbridge and was able to get in faster to install the new equipment.

Boris and his team (Kam) replaced my 29 years old furnace. They were asked to move my gas water heater to a better spot to save some space in my basement. They showed up right on time, did a very clean job, installed chimney liner, new gas line for my gas water heater and my gas dryer.
They explained challenges with duct work and left behind a clean job site. They did installation in late October of 2009 so working furnace was a must. We have a warm house with reasonable heating bill since then.

A few days ago Cozy World installed a new AC unit for my house in North York. It was not an easy task and required custom work but the guys did a great job and the AC works very well. It was easy for me to decide to go with Cozy World as Boris is a very honest and trustworthy guy. So for who reads this review remember it is more important WHO installs the AC unit for you then WHAT brand of AC you buy. I also purchased a comprehensive maintenance plan, so for the next 10 years AC worries are off my mind. Thanks to Fred for installing the AC and keeping the afterwards cleanup to an absolute minimum.

My parents Carrier A/C unit went on the blink just as it was getting hot. I emailed Boris and he hooked me up with Fred, his repair guy. As I had already used Boris to install a new HVAC system at my house (and like everyone else, was very happy with the job), I figured I'd call him first. He immediately put me in touch with Fred, his repair guy, who scheduled a repair time that was good for me. Fred showed up on time (a Sunday morning no less!), found the problem, replaced the defective part, check over the whole system and all at a very reasonable cost. Once again, i will be singing Boris's praises only now I can include Fred as well in my circle of professionals.

I have only great things to say about Boris and Cozy World. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Boris gave me a quote and within 4 days was able to complete the job. I got a lot of quotes for a new central air conditioner and Cozy World was the fastest and best value. The other companies tended to quote larger units that I now realize I did not need for the size of my house. They did a lot of little extras at no charge like move the concrete pad the old AC unit was on as it interfered with the garage door, and tested my condensor pump that ran from my basemen. It'll will be two years this Augsut and I have not had any concerns or issues.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Both the guys that were here were great. The main guy was good at walking me through things.  They put covers on the floor, and made sure the deck and the basement were all cleaned up.
 
They did an excellent job of installing it with minimum mess and in a good amount of time!
