I found Cozy World after some research on the web and contacted Boris for a quote. He came to the house and inspected the furnace area, exterior of the house and the gas meter ensure that we had adequate natural gas capacity. He gave thorough explanations for his recommendations and patiently answered all of our questions and his quote was very competitive. After installation Boris ensured that all the paperwork was completed for all warranties and government/OEM rebates.
On the day of installation his installers were prompt and efficient. They competently performed their tasks and cleaned up after themselves. Prior to leaving they ensured that I knew how to run the new thermostat.
The furnace and A/C unit have been installed for just over a year now. During the heating season my gas bills have seen significant savings on the amount of natural gas consumed and during the summer my electricity usage have been lower even with us using the A/C more than in previous years.
I would definetly recommend Boris and his company and I do.

A/C was very noisy and had condensation leaks around the furnace. Cozy sent Fred, who cleaned the coil to improve airflow, and turned down the blower speed, which had been set too high. Less noisy and leaks gone... Excellent service.

All we can say is WOW! From the moment we called we were impressed. Cozy world was the only company that suggested a different kind of installation that worked well for our existing layout. Everyone else said we had to install new exhaust pipes right by our patio table....how annoying would that be! Cozy world worked with our existing infrastructure and installed new exhaust pipes, across the basement, above the dry walled ceiling without even having to poke a hole in our newly finished ceiling! They look for solutions, and implement them. They didn't oversell, or oversize what we needed, in fact they told us we didn't need the bigger units. The installation was so professional, even the way they fixed our existing floor drain. The sheet metal work on the ducting is outstanding! The workers were such a pleasure to have in our home, and we can HIGHLY recommend this company. We had it installed in Dec 2010, and today I couldn't get the new A/C going for the first time. They called me back in 10 mins and guided me through the process to find out the breaker had flipped off. AMAZING! Seriously some of the finest, most professional customer service and workmanship we've ever seen. Boris and the team are great. Fred arrived on time and was very friendly.. He set us up with our gas line within 1.5 hours and was very reasonably priced. He neatly arranged the gas line around our house. He answered all our questions and set the BBQ up for us. He did my neighbors Furnace and Air Conditioner and they too were very happy. Great Job. Great Price.

We contacted Cozy World through Homestars to get an estimate for an A/C installation. Boris was prompt in contacting me and providing an estimate which was very reasonable. He was able to start the job within a few days. The guys who did our installation were very professional. The installation was quick and clean with great workmanship. Overall, they did an excellent job. I have already recommended Cozy World to friends of ours.
