This company is awesome. Larry (the owner) quickly located and fixed the holes in my pool liner (most so small you couldn't even see them). He arrived on time, clearly explained process and promptly went about the repair. Something to be aware of Pool Buoy does the leak location and repair in one shot -- most other similar services do not. I HIGHLY recommended Pool Buoy for any pool liner repairs!

My parents Carrier A/C unit went on the blink just as it was getting hot. I emailed Boris and he hooked me up with Fred, his repair guy. As I had already used Boris to install a new HVAC system at my house (and like everyone else, was very happy with the job), I figured I'd call him first. He immediately put me in touch with Fred, his repair guy, who scheduled a repair time that was good for me. Fred showed up on time (a Sunday morning no less!), found the problem, replaced the defective part, check over the whole system and all at a very reasonable cost. Once again, i will be singing Boris's praises only now I can include Fred as well in my circle of professionals. Job well done! Jim

Boris was low key and very knowledgeable in his sale approach. Kam and his crew were very clean and neat in all aspects of the install. Warranty can't be beat (BTW, if you research the Goodman brand, you'll find out it's at least as good as the "name brands"). All in all, a winning combo which is why Cozy World continues to get top marks in all of their reviews. Call Boris, you'll be glad you did!
