We initially called Fred at Cozy World in December of 2014, and had no problem with our new furnace. One cold evening in October 2015, we needed some more help I am still so impressed with the service and kindness shown by Fred at Cozy World. When we turned on our furnace one evening, we received an error code. I emailed Fred at 10:30pm at night, explaining the problem. He responded first thing the next we morning (at 6am!) and he said he would be over the same day. True to his word, he arrived (almost an hour early!) and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. When I asked him how much the service call would be, he simply said not to worry about it, and that it was covered under warranty. Fred at Cozy World has come through again! I am so happy that we chose this company, and their customer service and attention to detail will allow me to recommend their services to all of my family and friends. Thank you again!
