Entire Cozy World team was excellent! Boris (the boss) was professional and knowledgeable, he listened to our needs and explanations made recommendations for furnace and AC based on what is best for us not what is most expensive. I wanted to applaud Boris for being fair and transparent and providing full information about the equipment with prices on the web http://www.cozyworld.ca - you know what you are getting and what is the price - no smoke and mirrors and no surprises! Very refreshing...:)
Work was scheduled within few days and entire installation performed in one day (around 8 hrs) as scheduled by two very nice young man who worked tirelessly without even taking a lunch break!
I would recommend Cozy World to anyone without any hesitation, they really did a great job!
