Max exceeded all our expectations resolving an issue with our gas fireplace pilot light that we were told cannot be fixed by another fireplace specialist! He saved us at least the $3,500 we were told to get ready to pay for the new fireplace, because the needed replacement part was not available anymore. We decided to get a second opinion, called Max Friday night and he showed up the next day ready to tackle the problem others could not resolve. After two hours the fireplace was working and the cost to us was only $150! Max is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and very friendly. He is definitely the best fireplace specialist and I recommend his services to everyone without any hesitation.

Entire Cozy World team was excellent! Boris (the boss) was professional and knowledgeable, he listened to our needs and explanations made recommendations for furnace and AC based on what is best for us not what is most expensive. I wanted to applaud Boris for being fair and transparent and providing full information about the equipment with prices on the web http://www.cozyworld.ca - you know what you are getting and what is the price - no smoke and mirrors and no surprises! Very refreshing...:) Work was scheduled within few days and entire installation performed in one day (around 8 hrs) as scheduled by two very nice young man who worked tirelessly without even taking a lunch break!
