Very attentive and professional company. Everyone we dealt with was a positive experience. The work looks good and was thoroughly explained before hand. Didn’t give a full 5 stars because we really won’t know until the spring if the leak is 100% taken care of. The spring thaw is the first time we encountered problems last year, we’re optimistic this job has taken care of future leaks in those spots :)

I am a repeat customer of Clarke Basement Systems. Approximately 14 years ago I had them install a Cleanspace Encapsulation membrane in my cold room. It was great. No more water leakage and musty odors. But after last winter's ice storm, the membrane came loose in one corner of the cold room. I also had 2 tie rod hole foundation water leaks on the other side of my basement. The service technician, Brendan, reattached the membrane to the wall and double checked the other walls to make sure the membrane was secure. I have to say it looks even better than the 1st day it was installed. He also sealed the tie rod holes. It rained heavily two days later and no water leakage. I found both the sales representative, Ben, and the service technician, Brendan, very professional, friendly and efficient and they took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

I have to say that Clarke Basement Systems, Newmarket, ON were very professional, from the get-go. The sales rep showed me the options, cost and benefits, then their scheduler booked me in, and, on the assigned date, a crew came in to do the work. A follow-up tech came in a few days later to smoothe out the concreted areas, all to my satisfaction. Bob's your Uncle!
