All contact I had with this company was highly professional. I'm really pleased with the job they did. Although it was a bit pricier than other options, I really feel the end product was worth it.

I am rewriting this review as I wrote the previous shortly after seeing my basement for the first time. I did have issues after the project was complete. I phoned the rep and told him of my issues though and today a team of men from Clark's basement system arrived at my house and without hesitation went to work and totally addressed all my concerns. Thank you so much gentlemen. I truly appreciate how quickly you responded and alleviated my distress.

Very happy about the quality of work. Jason was my pre installation rep and he was excellent, very informative and knowledgeable of the services they offered and how it would help. My installer was fast and did an excellent job, any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. Easy to recommend these guys.

Mark arrived on time, repaired the cracks as promised efficiently and promptly, and carefully explained the wait period needed before the barrier firmed up. Very satisfied with the repair work.

I called and used Clark Basement Systems/Repair based on a friends recommendation. The sales rep was very efficient, friendly, and knew his stuff. He provided thorough feedback on what was required and supplied a very reasonable quote compared to other companies I had spoken to. He did not pressure us into making any decision to use his company.
The actual repairman was knowledgeable and identified a potential problem that could limit the repair which was not identified by the sales rep. He was unsure if he could complete the job on the scheduled date without some additional assistance by myself and/or another contractor. He was hesitant to start the job, but once he started he completed it without compromise or damage. He was a very friendly gentleman who kept me abreast of what he was doing.
The repair time was exactly as estimated.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Scheduled the work earlier than promised which was very much appreciated. Very friendly. Sales person did an excellent job of selling their products.
