Extending by 20ft last years drain installation.
Luke was on his own and completed the drain extension with 1st class workmanship, leaving the basement clean and tidy. A very good job, top mark's!

Crawl Space Encapsulation, waterproofing and insulation./ Great job. The team was fast, efficient and clean. Left no garbage behind. May cost a bit more but worth the cost for sound of mind and customer service.

Clarke basement systems installed an water guard interior drainage system including a new sump pump. The work was started on time and completed in a timely fashion. The crew was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. This system is excellent, works efficiently and I am so happy to have a dry basement for a change. The site was left very neat with only minor cleaning required and all surfaces where protected from damage. My only minor complaint would be that the clean space membrane does not lay flat in places and the taping is very sloppy. The cement finishing was outstanding.

Drainage pipes in my crawl space were installed to take the excess ground water to the sump pump. New sump pump installed.

The entire back wall of the house was treated with the Waterguard system, and a sump pump was installed. The work was completed in a timely manner, everything was explained beforehand, and they left the place clean. Probably as good an outcome as possible, under the conditions they had to work with.

We initially contacted Clarke basement systems approximately 5 years ago when the basement took on water. They came out and did a phenomenal job. At the time they recommended we do the entire perimeter of the house. We declined and only did the area where the initial problem was.

It worked and worked 100%. Until now. This summer we had water enter the basement in 2 other areas. Called Clarke to come back and indeed, do the entire perimeter. It was a TON of work because now that meant doing the finished part of the basement.

The crew came in and were amazing. They worked so so hard. They were very respectful of our property and took care to be the least disruptive as possible.

The job is now 100% completed and we're thrilled.

PS... If they recommend doing the entire perimeter, I'd suggest following their recommendation. They know what they are talking about. It's not your classic "upsell".

The team was extremely proficient and responsive from the time we engaged their sales department through to the installation. The education provided around the issues we were having and how to address them, was excellent. The installation team came in and worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They engaged us numerous times to get feedback and provide status reports. Good value for the money! Would highly recommend them.
