Clarke Basement Systems impressed us with their professionalism, knowledge and innovative technology. They've send us a booklet by mail well in advance, providing detailed info on the basement repair technologies they can use, including the FlexiSpan system they recommended and implemented for us. From start to finish they have executed impeccably on my project (I had 3 cracks and one form tie to fix). The only minor inconvenience I can think of is the month long waiting time for both the assessment and the actual work, but this is understandable - when you are so good, you're also very busy.
