Clarke Basement Systems impressed us with their professionalism, knowledge and innovative technology. They've send us a booklet by mail well in advance, providing detailed info on the basement repair technologies they can use, including the FlexiSpan system they recommended and implemented for us. From start to finish they have executed impeccably on my project (I had 3 cracks and one form tie to fix). The only minor inconvenience I can think of is the month long waiting time for both the assessment and the actual work, but this is understandable - when you are so good, you're also very busy. Many thanks to the individuals that worked on our case - Dave, the estimator and Fiona, the foreman.

We needed to get rid of some construction materials - old drywall, insulation and wood fence. Found these guys through Homestars and decided to give them a shot. They were on time, fast and reasonably priced. We would used them again with no hesitation.

We had a small leak in the basement that went unobserved for some time. After removing the laminate flooring we noticed the linoleum underneath, which was holding the moisture and was smelling bad. GeoFocus did not try to up-sell and their quote was reasonable. Lavar and Philip did a great job, everything was exactly as communicated. We would definitively use them again (fingers crossed we won't need it though) and we can highly recommend them.
