We had found “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” at a local home show. Before hiring “Brian T Fletcher Construction” we had them, as well as four other contractor write us quote on our project. We found that Brian’s quote for the project to be the most reasonable and that our interactions with his and the company were painless. The overall service of “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” was pleasant and they made us feel very comfortable. The crew was always great to interact with and our opinions were valued throughout the whole process.

When dealing with “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” staff we found them very punctual and did a fine job on the renovations. However, we did have an unpleasant experience with the sub-contractor who worked on the cabinets, who had damaged our new hardwood floors.

“Brian T. Fletcher Construction” was recommended to us for our first project and we did hire them again 3 years later for our second renovation project. The quote “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” provided for the renovations were detailed and realistic, everything was outlined and contained valuable information. During the renovation projects “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” had competent and personal staff at our home every day in a timely matter. When our main floor was under renovation, “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” was very careful to keep everything clean and safe for our family. The quality of the end project was very good and we were overall pleased with process. We were disappointed with 2 out of the 8 sub-contractors that were hired. When we had any problems or comments about the work Brian, the owner of “Brian T. Fletcher Construction”, made a point to resolve any issues we had immediately.

When we were planning on renovating our small bathroom a local bathroom showroom recommended the services of “Brian T. Fletcher Construction”. We were able to discuss with Brian the most efficient layout for our small space. We found it easy to contact “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” and that the staff were professional and friendly. We were pleased with the minimal amount of disturbance “Brian T. Fletcher Construction” during the project. We are satisfied with the overall finished project and the experience we had with “Brian T. Fletcher Construction”.

After finding Brian and his team I am pleased that I will never have to look for another contractor again. Brian is a great guy who brings a wealth of experience to the projects that he does. I appreciated his attention to detail, his outstanding communication before and throughout the project as well as his "customer first" approach. The team that Brian has assembled represent a good extension of his values and skill. They are professional, skilled, punctual and respectful. My job site was always kept clean and safe - a key consideration when you have a 5 year old running around! His pricing and allowances were spot on and I paid exactly what I expected to pay for the project. The most important thing to me was that I always felt as though I could trust Brian to do the right thing and to represent my best interests - this has not always been the case with contractors that I have used in the past and it took the stress out of this project so that we could just focus on getting the best possible result. We have worked with Brian and his team a few times. The major job he did for us was the renovation of our kitchen, bathroom, and second floor of our home. He was the contractor for the whole job and was fantastic to work with, and his team was always on time and pleasent. He provided a lot of good suggestions and did a lot of the design himself while incorporating any changes I had along the way. The house is old and issues would arise which I felt were effectively dealt with.

Review: Brian T-Fletcher Construction completely gutted and renovated the main floor of our home in 2004. In 2010 they did the remainder of the home, the second floor and the basement. We have been more than satisfied with the work that has been done. We heard of Brian from a friend who spoke very highly of him, and based on that recommendation and our initial meetings with him we decided to go with him over the other 2 contractors we had considered for the original job. What we found particularly great about Brian was that as unexpected problems arose he was always available and would be at our home the next day to deal with it. We never had to chase him, he was reliable. Unlike other stories we’ve heard Brian and his crew made real effort to make our house livable during the construction. When our main floor was being done the stairs to the upper level were walled off and a functioning door installed to ensure dust did not migrate throughout the house. This provided us with some semblance of privacy and separation from the project, which we really appreciated. His crew was here everyday and we could see progress being made and are very satisfied with the final product. We highly recommend Brian and his team.

I hired Brian Fletcher to renovate and restore a 1920's family home: new electrical, plumbing, heating, new windows, new bathrooms and a new gourmet kitchen as well as drainage (which had been a problem in the house). On the whole, I had a very good experience working with Brian, his crew in particular were great. They were clean, tidy, friendly and on time and worked hard. They kept the site as clean as you can while doing this kind of work. While the whole team was very good, his finishing carpenter was excellent. We added a powder room made and given the space constraints we ran into a problem installing a fan, Brian and his team worked to find a solution to make sure it would fit. There was a lot of attention to details that I was really impressed with. Any problems that did arise with subcontractors were effectively resolved, and I was pleased with the outcome. We did time and materials to work out payments, and every time there was a subcontract we had a couple bids and would go over together which would be the best for us. I would certainly recommend Brian.
