Brian did a major renovation on a few parts of our house and we had no problems at all, he did a great job. We had to call him back a couple of times to touch up on some things and he always came back in good time.He's very above board, very honest and we've already recommended him to others based on this.

Respectful, honest and professional are a few words to describe Brian Fletcher and his experienced crew.

We hired Brian to complete a 2nd floor renovation, gutting 100yr old lathe and plaster and all interior wood. During this process, he took appropriate measures to protect the new hardwood floors and the rest of the house from dust and debris. He framed all interior walls, insulated with spray foam and installed new drywall, wood trim, doors and made modifications to closets. On the odd occasion that we raised a concern with Brian, he was quick to address it and rectify any problems. Brian completed this work on time and on budget and we were so pleased with his work that we further engaged him to complete a much larger renovation of the 3rd floor of our home. We will post a separate review of that work once complete. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Brian for any home improvement or major renovation project.

Brian put a new attic in our home which was an extensive renovation. He had to put in a large dormer, and a new structural beam across the floor due to structural deficiencies. The attic was completely re-built including windows, floor, drywall and a new staircase which involved re-structuring the second floor, including altering the second floor bedrooms.

One thing he helped us with was that we didn't want to have to vacate our home during the reno. To facilitate this Brian added a series of zippered plastic sheets going from room to room which kept the living areas dust free and allowed us to continue to live and work in our home during renovation.

Brian accommodated us very well, and in addition to all of this did as much work as he was able to from outside of the house so as not to disrupt us. Brian rocks.

Brian came and performed a major renovation on our house, including extension of our kitchen, rewiring, a new bathroom upstairs, remodeling of the second bathroom, changing the size of the laundry room downstairs, repositioning of the staircase. There were no problems at all, we are very happy with this contractor. He is very reliable and trustworthy. A1 contractor!

Brian performed an interior renovation plus extension on our home, which entailed a full basement reno plus two floor extension. I found him to be responsive, attentive to detail, and a very good worker who was willing to listen to what the client wants. He runs on schedule with no delays or problems whatsoever and makes what can be a stressful experience run smoothly. We never had to wait for him, he was always ready to go and informative about what the next steps entail to get the job done.

Brian Fletcher Construction made a lot of improvements to our home, inside and out during 2011. He improved the drainage issues around the house and did concrete work around the foundations outside the home. Inside he re-did the whole main floor of the house which included moving walls, installing new hardwood flooring and tiles, kitchen renovation, and wood trim throughout plus electrical and plumbing. The workers utilized on this project were all very good in talent, cleanliness, and timliness. We are very happy with the finished product. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

The work undertaken was excellent. They completely gutted the basement to the brickwork, raising a supporting beam and adding a full bathroom as well as completely renovating the laundry room, installing a gas fireplace and facilitating a mechanical room for audio and video equipment. All of the trades were on time, and the project was finished within the guidelines provided. The quality of the tradesmen was top notch. I've used

This company was employed to remove old sliding doors that were replaced with new french doors with fixed side window panels in the existing opening and installed a stone ledge. Brian T. Fletcher Construction also removed all old baseboard trim, interior doors and installed new trim, crown moulding, doors with new hinges and knobs. A stucco ceiling was covered with plaster to update the room. Brian outsourced a contractor to make an iron railing to my specifications for the french door opening and I was very happy with the results.

All workers at this company are experienced tradespeople who did excellent work. The owner, Brian, managed the project and kept me informed with the progress of the work.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company as the owner guarantees excellent workmanship and all tradespeople are highly experienced. All staff are pleasant, arrived on time and worked full days.
