Bravehart Building is designing our new kitchen and dining room area. The ideas they have come up with for entertaining and storage in a small space are wonderful. They provide excellent plans and samples for flooring, kitchens, etc.

We do have a large family over a few times per year and they showed us how to make our space liveable for everyday and for holidays! We recommend them 100%

When recently faced with ceiling damage due to a plumbing leak above, I knew who to call for advice.
Bravehart executed our repair to very thorough standards including assessment & addressing water damage, the various stages of drywall and final painting.

Laura is fabulous. From our very first meeting we knew we had made the right decision. She spent a great deal of time flushing out our requirements and desires before presenting any ideas. All her concepts and ideas were in line with our wants and needs. She is highly focussed on you and works tirelessly to get you where you want all the while being mindful of zoning requirements. After several revisions of our space plan she will be taking all care of all drawings and permits going forward. We are looking forward to the next stage and have full confidence in Bravehart.

Laura has been instrumental with the renovation of our 100-year-old semi. From the beginning, she is quick to respond to emails and calls and is always available, even while on vacation! She conceptualized several designs for our renovation, paying particular attention to details, ensuring that every kitchen cupboard has a purpose, plenty of space in the living room, and adding a bedroom and bathroom to increase the value of the house. The final design ensured we would bypass COA. She helped us with the zoning application and building permit. Laura helped us see the potential in our house, which we would have missed. Her attention to detail and candor are second to none.

Laura drew several plans, various configurations, for a 1700 sq. ft. condominium. As two academics we needed specific spaces created: dining and living spaces, a large library space, 2 work spaces, room for visiting guests or grandchildren, and space for filing cabinets. Her knowledge of spatial requirements, detailed plans and functional suggestions helped to visualize and maximum limited space. I had a few ideas, but I was not sure they would work - with Laura's assistance a final plan with drawings were prepared for the condo board in very short time! Thank you!

Our project required knowledge of zoning, conservation, building and architectural/interior design disciplines - the people at Bravehart brought this to us. They provided alternative workable ideas on how to transform our house into a more functional, bright and comfortable space, showing us preliminary budgetary scopes along with the designs.
We are currently assessing which approach is the best one for us - however, we have no hesitation in saying that we are pleased with their work and would recommend them to other people wanting to transform their homes

We selected Bravehart Building to Design and Build our dream home in Richmond Hill for our family. They were able to take our existing split level home and turn it into a 3 storey, 3 car garage home, with functions for ourselves, parents and siblings - a multi-generational home!

Now we are at the stage of Excavation and Footings work and very pleased with the rapid progress and Site reports and pictures we receive frequently from Bill Wallace.

We hired Laura to help us on a full gut project in Etobicoke.
