I contacted Brampton Hardwood to replace 2nd floor carpet with a hardwood. Brampton hardwood provided material on time, installers were very professional. They always show up on time and completed the project within the agreed up time. They also offered us additional service to move furniture which was very helpful . I would certainly recommend them for future projects.

Terrible, just terrible experience with the Brampton Store (Vantana & Vince), people were rude, hung up on me and somewhere between purchase, pickup and install 3 boxes of wood went missing. The installers which were recommended by BHF, blamed the store and the store blamed the installers. Was hung up on twice. Bottom line is GREED.
UPDATE, I was contacted by Frank from Brampton Hardwood Flooring. I requested a copy of the pickup slips so that I could ask the installers about it. I received no answer to my request, just the insistence that I was at fault, which actually proves in a nutshell that there is no proof that all of the product was picked up. Really, why would I bother to argue if I was making it up that 3 boxes were missing. They did not provide me with a copy of the pickup slips for the purpose of verifying that the installers actually picked the wood up stating that it was "internal paperwork". I leave it up to the reader to discern by there own thoughts whether this company is acting appropriately or not. The response sent by Brampton Hardwood flooring is not true. I would not take a single moment to post this, but wanted any future buyer to know that the flooring went missing and as for the refund they gave me, I did READ their return policy and I asked specifically if I could return it without penalty in a reasonable amount of time. Further to that when I purchased the wood, I was told if I needed more that it would be available for many years and behold, a year later I did an add on and tried to get the wood and they didn't have it. They will say anything to get you to buy.

Extremely pleasant to deal with and exceptional and outstanding customer service. Willing to go out of their way in order to educate the customer. I would recommend this business to my family and friends.

I went to the Caledonia location of Brampton Hardwood and I was greeted by the Manager named Lina Pose. I couldn't have asked for better customer service as Lina answered all of questions and concerns. She found exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier with my new floors. Lina definitely knows her stuff and she is a true example of customer service! It’s pretty rare these days to find a sales associate who is patient, friendly, and who can make you laugh. I’m definitely going to come back here when I’m ready for my next project. I highly recommend Brampton Hardwood for all your flooring needs as they have a big selection of quality products and you will not be disappointed with their customer service. We used Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd to do our floors in our condo and townhouse. We are looking to have them install hardwood within our new home as well. They are incredibly fast, the job is precise and the customer service is excellent. I have recommended them to all our family and friends and will continue to refer them.

If you need laminate, hardwood or engineered hardwood, go straight to Lina in the Caledonia branch of Brampton hardwood. She knows her stuff and exemplifies customer service. The price was right, the product was as described and most importantly, the service and communication was straightforward.

I went to their 1130 Caledonia Rd. store, and dealt with Lina Pose, the manager. Not only did she provide wonderful guidance at choosing the flooring material and quantity, she was very helpful when the contractor claimed he would not have enough material. She verified the numbers with me to verify he had plenty - saving me money. I cannot wait to refer her!

we checked out a lot of hardwood stores,and found Brampton hardwood to have a good selection and fair pricing. the installers were very experienced and cleaned up everything before they left.we are very pleased with the job and would use them again.

It was my first time buying hardwood floors. I went to the Brampton location and selected the country walnut after seeing the big sample board display and getting reassurance from the sales lady that "what u see is what you get - not much variation." she went on to blabber about how the product I selected is high end - only for expensive houses and how i will be very happy etc etc. She does not have any patience and in the words of other customers - "its all about getting the sale".
Anyway, when the installer opened the box at home - there were many completely washed out or "white" pieces that will really look odd in the walnut floor. I went back to the store in Brampton and spoke to the lady who now say that country walnut is like that and avoided us when we asked why she told us differently. Now they will not take "opened boxes back". then there is a 15% restocking fee if we returned the whole lot. I spoke to Vince - who is apparently the store manager. Vince bluntly told me that I "should have done my homework and know that country walnut can come with many imperfections - shapes, color, length etc." No explanation would help. We had to use the wood and throw away all the white pieces.
I was very worried as another 15 boxes or so of another country grade hardwood colour was also bought and was not picked up as yet. I tried to do a simple paper return as the boxes never left the building but they will still charge the 15% restocking fee, I eventfully had to pay this fee. I was told that "Visa and Mastercard charges the store 5% in fee" even if they do a refund! I felt misguided, violated and stupid. I will never recommend this company to anyone,
