Had my entire 2nd floor redone including removal of carpets and subfloors. The team put on new plywood and vinyl flooring and they were very professional and quality of job was excellent. Renovations took 3.5 days and they assisted in answering all my questions.

Prior to renovations, my experience visiting their store and talking with sales staff and being able to borrow samples was seamless. The owner, Peter, came by to provide estimate and was very insightful and helpful.

The floor shop installed gorgeous laminate wood flooring throughout our home. We even had them come back to add more to our master bedroom after we removed the wall to wall carpet. Each time the installers were fabulous, courteous and respectful - even cleaning up all the leftover debris and giving us a fantastic floor cleaner. That was 20 years ago and our floors are still perfect! The Floor Shop is truly the best of the best!!!!

We are so happy with our beautiful (silent!) floors. They replaced the 1928 originals and the subfloor quickly and efficiently (2 days total) and left the house completely spotless. Everyone we worked with was friendly and willing to explain the whole process to us newbies. All communication was prompt and they could accomodate our very specific date range easily. Would happily hire them again!

The customer service was excellent. The work was done on time as per schedule. They were careful making sure that all the work was done neatly and expertly. I'm very happy with my new floors.

This was a rather large project in a condo, consisting of installing various hardwood planks (widths) and patterns. Peter visited to provide an estimate and also made suggestions regarding the lay out /design for each area. The job was completed quickly efficiently and according to the quote. No surprises. No hassles! Looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Floor Shop again.

Susan at The Floor Shop worked with me to find the perfect engineered hardwood flooring for my condo flooring project. I had been unable to find the colour or product quality I wanted until I spoke with her and she showed me the line of Mercier flooring. She guided me through the selection process to be sure that what I was ordering was exactly what I wanted. And more than this: she followed through with phone calls to the Quebec company to get the product I wanted in a timely fashion. The flooring arrived on time and the installers who recommended The Floor Shop on Wickstead Avenue to me initially were able to pickup the material and complete the job in one day. I highly recommend the company and its competent and knowledgeable staff.
