I used BHHI for our new front entrance. The quality of the product and the service was top notch. The installer was polite kept the area clean and finished in a timely manner. I am planning to use them again for another project.

My wife had used BHHI on two occasions on her property in Kitchener and was very pleased with the quality of work and product. We hired BHHI to replace the windows and 2 doors on our 1940's raised bungalow. The installation was done with the speed and cleanliness noted in the many other positive reviews on this site.
Recently we noticed some evidence of water leakage around the rear door and called BHHI customer service. They had somebody call at a time that was convenient to us. He not only found and corrected the problem with the rear door, he also checked the front door too, just in case. The work was done quickly with no fuss or complications -- and no cost.
I recommend BHHI to everyone who is replacing windows or doors.

Our initial interactions with Beverley Hills Home Improvement were positive. We had an amazing sales associate Allen. However when the windows were installed we had to call them back multiple times in order to properly caulk the windows. We would recommend their sales staff to our family, but recommend if you have them installing that you go over things with a fine tooth comb.

Replaced all 29 windows on house bought last year. BHHI was referred to me by friends. We chose the Canadian Vista collection triple glazed, easy clean glass and we couldn't be happier with the quality and professional service. I stayed at home for four days watching the install, Chris and his colleague did excellent jobs! Can't wait to see how it makes different to my home at the winter time.

Right from start to finish, BHHI were professional and efficient as well as courteous. The person who came to our house for our consultation was very knowledgeable and worked with our budget. After purchasing the door, we were told an approximate time as to when we would get a call to book our installation. The call came right on time, the installer was punctual, polite, and the most efficient contractor I have ever had at my home (and we have had quite a few since we are renovating). The installer was cleaned up with the door perfectly installed in about 6 hours. I would for sure recommend BHHI to family and friends and I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.

Just had 10 new windows installed by BHHI. We needed full replacement of our 35 year old wooden windows and frames - 8 on the 2nd story and 2 on the main floor with 2 of them being large triple windows. We chose the Canadian Vista collection triple glazed, double hung, easy clean glass and we couldn't be happier with the quality and service from BHHI. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We discovered Beverley Hills Home Improvements at the Home Show. The Home show staff were very informative and helpful and they had a Home Show promo on so we set a date for someone to give us an estimate. Art was by a week later, was very knowledgeable and went through all of our options. I am always nervous when hiring someone to do home replacement/repairs so did some checking in advance and their references were good. What we also liked was that everyone was helpful and we never felt pressured by anyone.
After we made the decision to go with BHHI, Steve came by and did the final measurements and checked everything twice and since we were getting ones with grills, made sure they were correctly configured. Their office also called before the order was placed to double check a few minor changes made before the order to build was placed. Our windows were ready earlier than the estimated date they had given us and their installers were able to come and install them sooner too - even better!
Archie and Nick the installers were amazing too! They arrived on time, placed drop cloths down where they were walking/working and cleaned up around the window after installing each one. They completed 6 on the first day, took away the old windows and cleaned up everything at night before they left so you couldn't even tell they were here. They also took special care when installing the front windows so it will be easy when we replace the front stucco something requiring less maintenance and gave us a few tips about a few other home improvements we were planning to do. They finished the job on time, cleaned everything up and were a pleasure have working on our home. They certainly know their stuff when installing windows as the craftsmanship is excellent for the interior trim, caulking and exterior trim and cleaned all the windows as they were installed too!
As for the quality of the window, we have already noticed how much cooler our house is after the windows were installed and how much quieter our house is.
We still have a couple more windows left to replace, and I have no question that we will be going back to BHHI to get those done by BHHI.

Could not be happier with the purchase. BHHI was a class act from the first meeting.

After exhaustive research of installers, window manufacturers and checking in with Window Wise, we landed on BHHI. From the sales staff through the window measurer and the installation guys, all were excellent. No pressure, no upselling.

And to give you a sense of their commitment to quality... when the measurements were being finalized the fellow we had really gave the windows the once over and discovered the original steel frames were still present (the windows from the 1980's we had were installed right over them!). Nobody else we had identified that or even mentioned it as a possibility... imagine had we discovered that only during the install!

And the installation itself was exceptional- very clean, punctual, polite and hardworking guys (I had to urge them to break for lunch). And it should be said several of the windows we ordered were huge and our house is elevated. Still, no issues at all. And the finish work on the inside with the trim was near flawless.

I wanted to wait a little before I posted to let the glow wear off in the hopes of a more sober review. But the truth is we're still thrilled and thankful we made the choice we did. The outcome couldn't have been more positive.

Our project was to replace 30+ year old windows on the main floor and 20+ year old windows on the second floor - some 12 window openings in all. The windows we purchased were made by Vinyl WIndow Design (VWD - Vaughan) and installed by Beverley Hills (BHHI).

We found BHHI at the home show, and asked for a quote from them because we got good vibes from their representatives. Their quotation was more expensive than any other quote we received but in our estimation we were getting a superior product - triple pane, reflective insulating coatings, color coated exterior frames, complete replacement of all aluminum capping, some window moulding on lower level windows and casement windows that were sized to the brick opening.

Our due diligence included visiting the manufacturer (VWD) in Vaughan, checking out previous BHHI installations around Toronto, and checking out BHHI's reputation and business practices. What we found did not raise any red flags.

One unpleasant aspect we encountered was when the contract was written up, it did not reference a particular documented model of window (and there are many), it just mentioned the "Canadian Vista Vinyl Windows Advantage Series". Nowhere could we find any brochure or documentation from BHHI or VWD for such a product. We liked the specs but there was nothing that documented those specs and tied them in with the "Advantage Series" name. When we pressed this point the salesman talked in circles and was insulted that we were pressing the point. All we were trying to do was make the contract as unambiguous as possible, Ultimately, we relented and left the contract as written, relying on good faith and reputation. As it turned out, our fears were unfounded as the windows operate very smoothly, the sound insulation from triple panes has significantly reduced street noises, and the installation quality is top notch.

We don't have any experience with other installation crews but the 2 chaps who worked on our windows, were really great. They encountered many challenges over the course of 4 days, particularly with respect to the downstairs windows as the brick opening often left little with which to hold the window frames. Their experience was a bonus in overcoming these challenges.

BHHI is part of Windows Wise which defines how windows are to be installed. What we saw during the installation confirmed that the program is based on sound principles and common sense. The way the window openings were insulated with foam gives us confidence this coming winter will be much warmer and more draft free than previous winters.

The install crew left the site cleaned up every night and removed all the old windows and rubble. This may seem trivial but we've had bad experiences with contractors being less meticulous.

Post installation, we have some minor things that need to be resolved (eg screens with small tears, some handles that don't fit properly, and some silicon smudges on windows). We've contacted BHHI and they have already set the wheels in motion to address our concerns.

When one looks at the contract cost in light of the quality of service and actual services we received, we don't think the contract is any more expensive than the others. Certainly our experience with this project has left us with pleasant memories.

When one combines a quality manufacturer such as Vinyl Window Designs with a premier installation company like Beverley Hills, one's chance for a successful project and pleasant experience are greatly enhanced. We have no hesitation recommending them.

We shopped around for windows and I did my research before I started looking, had a salesman come up to the house, I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to provide me with that. Agreed to the price and then they came to measure and four weeks later received a call that the windows were ready to install.
The installers came, did the work and wow are they ever nice and so far I am very pleased. The noise level from outside is nearly nil and they have a finish on them that it is hard to see inside. Very pleased with Archie and Nick, the installers

The first visit by the salesperson, Stan, was very professional and quoted us a reasonable price. A few days later the serviceman, Steve, arrived to take precise measurements and was very courteous. When we called the office to check on the progress of our order, we were treated with appreciation. The door arrived before the estimated arrival date and was installed a few days later. The serviceman, Gino, arrived on time and installed the door professionally and in a timely manner. We are truly satisfied with the treatment, pricing and product.
