We had been thinking about replacing drafty 30year old wood framed windows in our family room for years but held off because of our perceived cost of doing so. My husband visited a local home show where he made arrangements to have three suppliers come out to provide quotes. We were very impressed with the sales person and the follow up by the BH office. More so, the price and warranty were so competitive we finally did it. The installation was on time, professional and the clean up was superb.
