Lastman's Bad Boy Superstore

I purchased a sectional from bad boy ...the service was terrible. The people were not helpful. I am trying to get my money back and its taking 2 1/2 weeks to get an answer to my question. I've travelled to the store multiple times to get an answer and still nothing, they always say they are going to call back with an answer and I'm the one calling them back. I've spoke with the manager multiple times, he's no help. I've tried calling head office and they can't help me either. I would not recommend anybody to this store, all they have to do is give my money back and you would never hear from me again

Very bad delivery service, wasted my 2 days. They called said they r going to deliver my stuff on Saturday but no one came and when I called delivery was not even scheduled and then said will deliver on Sunday between 11-3 but nobody came. When called they had no idea what time was delivery. One of the worst service I ever seen. Uneducated, unprofessional management. I will never buy anything from this company again. I don't recommend this company to anyone unless u wanna waste ur time.

Lady manager was worst manager I have ever seen. We were told that we can cancel anytime and will get store credit for deposit which we made. But at the end after spending 4 hours we went ahead to final deal and they said we can't cancel this deal after its purchase . Before spending 4 hours I confirmed so many times and sales person told yes. But he changed his words at end . No tax event plus special pricing for private sale , I didn't see any of these. Well I bought the deal and when I came home and check prices at other stores its same or less . They said u can price match but the Clause is u have match bundle price and that includes 6 year warranty which no store has it . Plus I see salesperson treated their friends by giving them great prices and gifts and when it's our turn thy said we are finished with gifts.what the hell. Please trust me pay more and get great customer service

I will NEVER shop at bad boys again ! they were very caniving. It was a no tax day and we where never told this. It wasn't until we were about to leave that I over heard another sales person tell another customer. I then confronted the manager and she admitted it was a no tax day. We were told that it was our lucky day that we were the first customers in and were gonna get a good deal.. never once told it was a no tax day. They were dishonest to us about a few different things... we then brought it up to the store manager and were disregarded, he basically brushed us off. Like our concerns and complaints didn't matter ..... If I could id return my furniture ... we still have 2 things coming in that im seriously concidering canceling and not accepting the deliver. The nerve of the store manager brushing me off after spending over 3000.00 in the store.. I will not recommend bad boys to anyone I know !!!!

My bed started to sag within the one year warranty. I tried calling the company who had a very long wait. They do not have good customer service. They gave us a huge run around and at least 5 month later, many phone calls and lots of arguments they still have not done anything to help us.

My experience with Kowty was awesome! From our conversation over the phone this morning to our meeting in person and him helping me pick out a new dryer; I am impressed! Thank you Kowty for your wonderful service and Bad Boy for your great selection. The delivery the following day was prompt and courteous as well. What a great experience! Thank you Bad Boy! I will shop here and nowhere else for my appliances from now on!

Danica was fantastic! She helped us find 2 bedroom sets and 3 kitchen appliances along with a sofa for our new condo! She was very easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable on our first visit.

I bought three kitchen appliances from Bad Boy on Nov 21st, didn't get them delivered till Dec 10. After paying for the appliances and left the store, I was reading the invoice. They don't give you much advance notice for delivery. They only call you through an automated machine ONE day ahead of delivery. And you won't be able to get an idea of the time frame until that morning of delivery date. Ok, fine, so that morning I checked online, it said the delivery is between 9:30 to 1:30. They didn't arrive till 3:30. Ridiculous. And worse, both the dishwasher and cooking range they delivered were badly damaged. Like they have fallen off the truck or something. I told them to take them back. Now I need to go through the headaches to deal with the store. Lets see if there's more headaches coming. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
