Sectional Couch

I purchased two new sectional couches from Bad Boy Furniture on Thickson Road. Sales experience was fine but delivery is a disaster. Couches were not delivered on the same day. The delivery of the first couch was very rough on my door and banister and the delivery men wore wet, dirty shoes in my house without regard. The second sectional was delivered two weeks later 1 of the 5 pieces as incorrect...two right arm chairs were delivered. Another followup delivery was scheduled and again they delivered the same WRONG arm chair for the section. Had to go back and reschedule another delivery of the right piece. I hope they can get it right. This is totally unacceptable.

Fridge and Dishwasher

I purchased Fridge and Dishwasher from Bad Boy Brampton location on 29th Nov. 2014 and as per our agreement items will be deliver to my home on 6th Dec. 2014.. but when I call on 7th I got replied from Manager of Brampton location the dishwasher will be delivered on 9th Dec. 2014 and fridge will be delivered on " Dec. 2014 end".. Well, this message I got when I did the follow up also they didn't informed well in advance so I wouldn't sit at home for no reason.. When I ask for refund then They want to do confirmation from head office and I hope I will get the answer tomorrow without follow up.. Otherwise I have to do follow up for the answer too.. I also explained that how one can wait that long i.e. 1 month for delivery as money paid in advance.. So any one think to buy pl. make sure everything line up before making any deal...

Fridgedaire

So our Bad Boy experience starts with a sales person (Anna from the Kennedy Rd Store) that misinformed us about the terms of the extended warranty (telling us that we are protected up to $250 for spoiled food if anything goes wrong) and also wrote down a different Part Number on the purchase order, than for the fridge that we were buying.

It turns out that the $250 spoiled food warranty is for freezers only, but we bought a fridge. Why would someone even mention this warranty when we were buying a fridge. Misinformed, misdirected, misrepresented or mistaken, you can somewhat excuse the "mistake". But when this is now coupled with a blatant mistake of wrong part numbers, something that their staff should be very cognizant of when writing the contract, i do not trust that Bad Boy will honour any part of the warranty as the information doesn't correspond.

And to top it off, we now plug in the fridge and fill it up. The next morning, we discover that when you close the fridge door, the freezer popped open slightly, which is now too late for the food that has defrosted and spoiled that was in the freezer - and not covered by the warranty. Looks like they shipped us a defective item from the get-go - every time you close the fridge, the freezer pops open!

You try to overlook some things but when you are shipped a product that is broken right away, the salesperson made "mistakes/misrepresentations" in their pitch, and now the warranty that you paid extra for doesn't 'cover' this situation, you are left to wonder why, and now understand, why they are wearing inmate uniforms in their commercial.

By the way, the Kennedy store manager (Paul) pretty much called my wife a "l-i-a-r" by saying that his salesperson would never make mistakes like that and that he was unable to do anything for us at all.
Nooobody screws you better than Bad Boy.

Tina K was lovely! Very patient, kind, and accommodating. She took her time with us as we took our time selecting our beautiful King Size Bed. Her customer service is wonderful as she is personable and understanding. I give her a 10 out of 10!! Will definitely shop with her again!

Customer Service

I will NEVER buy from Badboy again. 3 weeks in advance I purchased my sectional, dining set and buffet table. Neither was custom order and was promised and guaranteed that's order would arrive the day I needed it. 2 days before delivery they told me they couldn't find my sectional even though when I bought it there was 3 in the warehouse. But they had my dining set and my buffet table. The day before my delivery they called again to tell me they found my sectional but don't have the buffet set anymore. How does it go missing if 2 days ago they had it. I have been told they will delivery it earliest in 3 days from now

I recently purchased a new stove from Lastman's Bad Boy in Kitchener. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They made sure that I understood all of the different features and answered all of my questions. I can't wait to get my new stove!

Rico was absolutely amazing, very informative, and didn't overcrowd us while shopping. We have never purchased anything from Bad Boy before, but thanks to him we will only be coming here from now on. Excellent staff!

The staff that we dealt with at Bad Boy in Barrie are worse than un- reputable used car sales man! The manager steven is a joke, and they are so quick to get your money, but not deliver the product! We will never deal with them again, and we will tell everyone that we know to do the same! From now on, we will buy our appliances at one of the other thousands of stores out there.....

sofa purchase at trade show 1100 rpdick rd

i bought the sofa on the samtack show 3 weeks ago. it was promise by vivian the sale deliver within 2 weeks. i never get any call. i call the warehouse and they told me the order cannot be cancel. i don't understand why i cannot cancel my order i have not recieved any things yet and it is bad boy that break the promise of Deliver within 2 week. i visit the store at kennedy today, and i still did not get my money back. Please never buy from badboy again.

***BUYER BEWARE***On September 27th I went into badboy located on Finch just east of Keele in North York and purchased a bedroom set, dining table with 6 chairs set and couch set along with coffee and end tables. After a couple hours of negotiating with the store manager Jeevan I was pleased with the final price. The order was then confirmed, I placed a deposit and was told 2 weeks were required for delivery. After 2 weeks had passed I was informed that the couches were not in stock and I had to wait. A couple more weeks passed with no response or communication from badboy. I received a call about a week later with the news that the couches were still not in stock and they could deliver the rest of the order which I didn't want. I wanted the entire order in one delivery. I finally received a call on November the 18th that the couches were in and arranged to pay the balance off in full and have the entire order delivered on November 21st. Upon delivery we noticed that an end table, along with the dining room table and chairs were missing. I immediately called badboy with my concern and another associate told me that the end table will be ready for delivery in a couple days and that I did not order the dining table or chairs. At this point I asked for my money back and that they come pick up the items delivered as I was not getting the deal I agreed to. I asked to speak with Jeevan and left several messages with no response. I couldn't get a hold of him or the sales associate so I proceeded to go to the store and saw both Jeevan and the sales associate at the store. We sat in the office and once the order was pulled up I noticed that the order was "conveniently" missing the page with the dining room set and chairs even though a confirmation was made with both my wife and myself the day of the purchase. I demanded my money back and was told that "all sales are final" which is written on the bill of sale in extremely small writing. This has been my only experience with badboy and definitely my last.
